+ -1 moreMy yard has been a disaster this year and has been getting more disheartening as the season wears on. Premium Lawn has been coming out to apply the requested applications - but the yard (notice I don't call it a 'lawn') has not improved. I finally requested a rep. to come out and discuss the issues with me. Kris came out today. Can't tell you how much I appreciated his visit and the time he took to enlighten me. I asked him some of the same 'stupid' questions I asked him last time he was here (I'm old. I forget things??) and he was wonderfully patient and thorough with his answers. I learned a lot. He helped me better understand why my yard is so ugly and sad. And it helped tremendously for him to point out specific fungus and issues in my yard so I knew better what I was dealing with and where .... and how to treat and/or prevent it. (though that doesn't sound like it will be easy or quick - or cheap!!). And we discussed a game plan for future treatment to try to make the yard a 'lawn'. I'm hopeful !!!!!!!!!!! Description of Work: I had contracted for the 5-application program. My yard seemed to go from bad-to-worse as the summer progressed. From patches of I-don't-know-what to sod webworms (?) to weeds that never got under control to patches of dying grass. |I had contacted the provider far more times than either one of us wanted - but I didn't see any improvement. |This year i have quite a crop of weeds that several companies have assured me should not be back this badly after the 5-applications. |Last year was the 2nd consecutive year i had Premium Lawn so I honestly expected to have an amazing lawn by the end of year 2 because of consistent treatment. Instead - it went backwards. |Not so much. |

We most recently have been using them for fertilizer and grub control applications and I asked them to notify me before application. Each time they are sure to call, notify me, and ask if it is alright to proceed. They have been great to do business with.
