Steve was cordial and friendly. It was a sales coupon that we received in the mail which he honored. I would say a pressure sales which there was a time limit. He did not provide any examples of finished projects, which now I wish I would have done and would recommend. I would have preferred to have someone give me ideas on choices that they have seen. He came close to the date, one week later which was fine with us. He said project would take one week, ended up three but was okay with us. The gentleman working on the house did an excellent job and I thought was fast seeing he was working alone. I thought it was going to be seamless but it was vinyl and he said I would not be able to tell. There is a grain in the siding we chose which makes the seams more visible. If I would have seen a larger sample I would have chosen a different trim. There isn't a contrast which makes it look the same color. I also ordered four windows. I did not want windows that I had to lift and remove in order to wash. Three of the windows ordered were the wrong ones so I did not have him replace the two windows but said I would sacrifice and leave the one window in. That window had defects in it and he did replace it. It is an improvement from what I had, but the sale was done too hastily and I feel disappointed in the one color with no contrast. Wish I would have taken more time to look and see samples of work done. I can't say he was a total disappointment, I just feel there wasn't any examples or enough time to make decisions. The contractor, Mike Kowalczyk , I would highly recommend.
