Description of Work: "Well organized and reliable" to his customers: even if he is occupied with another job, he gets back to his customers promptly with any concerns his customers may have as quickly as possible. The quality of the work of his team of employees was extremely admirable, and the workers are supervised well and behave with courtesy and professionalism. They did a re-roofing job on our lake cottage this past summer. I strongly recommend Simmon's Roofing!

+ -1 moreAfter calling and leaving a message, Gene Simmons called me back several days later to get more details from me. We agreed to do an estimate on a Fri. and Gene would give me a call in the morning to narrow down a time. Come Fri morning Gene called me and we loosely set up an afternoon appointment to give an estimate. I use" loosely" because no time was set, we just agreed on the afternoon. So come 8:30 Fri night and still no Gene showed up at my house NOR did he call to inform me he would not be stopping in this day. This shows the lack of professionalism Gene and the company have. They don't value a potential new customer to even call to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If Gene can do this with an estimate appointment, I definitely would hate to see how he is with actual work...would he even show up?? or even finish the job?? I am taking my $$ elsewhere to someone who is more professional and values their customer. Just something to think about before you consider Gene Simmons and Simmons Roofing

+ -1 moreWow....talk about FAST. I couldn't believe that they were able to tear off, reshingle & clean up in a day and the work looks excellent. All were very polite, friendly & courteous. I have had Simmons do work for me before, they had replaced my house shingles in 2008 and if I need them will use them again. Excellent work.
Description of Work: Tore off the existing roof (one layer) Replace any weak or rotten decking with similar Renail roof deck as needed Replace current drip edge with ODE white. Apply ice and water shield to lower 3 ft. Cover balance of roof w/ 15# felt Remove existing ventilation and replace with new continuous ridgevent. Re-shingle w/Limited Lifetime, algae resistant Certain Teed Landmark shingle using the Integrity Roof System guidelines (Color - Moire Black) Clean Up & haul away rubbish and run magnet over lawn upon completion Includes labor, material & landfill total.

+ -1 moreTore down old roof and plywood. New wood, paper, shingles, and vents. Fantastic job (even great cleanup). As you see it has been awhile and the roof looks as perfect as it did they day they finished the job. I can't recomend them highly enough. Proffesional, courteous, and quality work. Would absolutely use them again and recomend them to anyone!
