Description of Work: Dan came out within an hour to help diagnose an emergency situation and was here within an hour of calling.

Description of Work: Very polite and easy to work with!!!! Never had any issues. I needed parts order they got it ordered and installed right away. When other companies couldn't answer my questions I called them and got a. Cheaper rate and a lot better answer that I could understand.

Listened to my concerns and explained what the issue was and what we would need to do to fix it. Emailed estimates quickly. We did not use him to replace the pressure tank because we found one at a better price.
Description of Work: Called to have someone come look at our water pump/water pump pressure tank.

It was nice to know there are still companies that have integrity, the whole experience made me feel good about begin a customer. From heating (had to replace my furnace) to plumbing (had to replace water softener) I would highly recommend Eberhardt.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the punctuality and professionalism. Mr. Eberhardt had all of the tools and items he needed to perform the job. He tested the equipment before leaving to make sure everything was working.
Description of Work: Replaced pedestal sump pump with high quality submerged sump pump with electronic float. Reworked PVC pipes so that flow from sump could be redirected to lawn, if necessary. Has experience and knowledge regarding sumps in neighborhoods such as ours with higher than usual water levels. Discussed problems we were having with a shower and water heater.

Description of Work: My wife and I have used the Eberhardt Plumbing & Heating Co since c. 1980. We have owned six rental properties and our farm operation. We have called for routine maintainence and emergencies. In 1992 a mound septic system was installed at a cost of $13,000.00. It has functioned since then. We spend about an average of $1,000 to 2,000 per year with them. Whatever the problem they respond promtly and solve the problem on one trip. Typical work may include no heat, broken pipes, frozen barn pipes, replace shower stalls, replace hot water heaters, no gas flame, gas leak in kitchen, replace heat zone controls (at 1:00 am), annual cleaning of furnaces, replaced house baseboard heat, repair space heaters, install wall space heaters, get tubs to drain, replace faucets, install dish washer, toilets, lavertories and various other problems.

Description of Work: Replaced a valve under the Kitchen sink. On a second visit they replaced a hose bib to our outside. They were very prompt and repaired our plumbing problems.

Description of Work: Two space heaters not working at a rental property. Units repaired and chimney opened up the day after being called. They are not the cheapest however they are prompt day or night to handle a call for help.
