We have been Family owned and Operated since 1978 in the heating and cooling industry. Miller & Team stands behind our work. We believe in quality and take pride in what we do. If the equipment is too small or too large the result, either way, will be lost efficiency increasing energy use and more wear on the equipment reducing the equipments life. We properly size your equipment by doing a free room by room Heat Loss/Heat Gain audit off your blue prints if your are building. If your are replacing and existing system we do house and room measurements along with a door & window count. We factor in local energy costs and weather data to compute the best systems for your home, comfort and pocketbook. Being that filters are the #1 cause of equipment failure we have addressed this problem. Miller & Team Heating & AC installs a 4 inch pleated filter bracket with 4 inch filter and a 1 year System check standard with any new equipment install and also do Commissioning report to ensure your system is running properly. Properly installed duct work is a vital part of your heating & cooling system. When properly done, the result will be a quieter system with maximum efficiency. Our duct systems are carefully designed so as the conditioned air is the right amount to the right places,resulting in maximum efficiency and comfort. We offer all types of equipment. We have the most experience in geothermal and ground source heat pumps in Central Washington. We also offer air to air heat pumps, in floor radiant heat systems, ductless mini split systems and high velocity duct systems for homes with limited space(such as older classic homes and historical homes). We deal with electric, natural gas, and propane. We service all types of equipment, even oil furnaces and service and installation of hot water heaters. We have over 35 years experience in most systems. We sell & install top of the line thermostats, even the new Smart Thermostats. We sell, install and maintain gas/propane indoor fireplaces and outdoor gas/propane fire pits and fireplaces. We also offer Maintenance Agreements for a twice a year clean & checks on your system. This ensures that your heating/cooling system will continue to provide you with comfort and energy savings. Regular maintenance on your equipment will lower operating costs, improve comfort, longer equipment life, fewer repairs, increased capacity of existing system and a safer system. With this agreement you also receive 15% discount on repairs and service for your system repairs. With our Amana product line we are able to offer you a lifetime equipment replacement upon compressor failure. Miller & Team give top quality parts and service for a reasonable price.
