PTL HARDWOODS

He is coming again this week to, maybe, clean them for me. Everything was perfect with them; just wonderful. He did the work quickly, was clean, on time and had a wonderful suggestion about design. I maybe had four or five people look and he was the only one who came in and looked at the wood and knew what kind of wood it was immediately. It is ash so he is very knowledgeable. His cost that time was about in the middle of what I had so he was right in the range. The floors are beautiful.

We knew we wanted hardwood flooring to replace carpet in a heavy traffic area of our home and something to be done about some severe and minor scratches in existing flooring. We were unsure of where to start, what would be suggested, how much it would cost. I contacted PTL Hardwood via based on an internet search to just get a ballpark. Mr. Crossman was willing to come to my home to just look and make recommendations. He was extremely low pressure and made several great suggestions and provided an a la carte style estimate to allow us to make a very informed decision. The quality of the job is amazing! We are so happy with the results. He also provided great instructions for after care to maintain the beautiful work done. It is obvious that Mr. Crossman is well trained and cares deeply about what he does. He is a very conscientious businessman as well. We would do it all over again. PS...his dust free sanding is really dust free! We returned home after the job was completed and have yet to find a speck of dust!
