A Retail store-front business which sells computer and jewelry goods and services. There is a minimum labor charge of 37.50 for computer services/diagnosis, applicable to the recommended repair/service if performed within 60 days. Labor is charged at 75.00/hr in store and 85.00/hr on site. Most common services are done for a flat fee (i.e. Windows/software re-install where the computer has automated system recovery and there is no user data to restore costs $89.00. Many quick repairs like power supply replacement are usually done within the minimum labor charge) Jewelry cleaning and repair estimates are performed free of charge. The lead computer technician has over 20 years electronics repair experience.
