Obviously know what they are doing which is wonderful after you had multiple projects not done correctly by someone else. They were able to fix all our issues. Very professional, nice and clean. Will use them again and already have !

Even though this was a small electrical job, the response was immediate and highly professional. The technician knew what they were doing, which made me feel very comfortable. I call them again for any other electrical work I need to have done.

It was a great experience. They showed up on time, did all the work, plus brought some items up to code (without charge!) and left the house as clean as they found it. They found the problem with the under cabinet lighting and resolved it quickly. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again!

From the estimate to job completion, everything went smooth and professional. Bob took the time during the estimate to talk through everything they would need to do to change out my old 1960s fire hazard Federal Pacific panel to a new Cutler-Hammer panel. They showed up on time with everything needed even taking the extra time to ensure everything looked as good as it performed. Cheapest of 3 estimates, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work done. Will definitely use again for any electrical work in the future.

Bob was extremely helpful in determining the needs of my 1960s home, thoroughly explaining the code requirements for the electrical panel and updating our grounding/bonding. The quote was very competitive and the work done by Bob's team was superb. They worked around the existing drywall as much as possible, reducing potential repair costs significantly. Nick and Paul were awesome! They arrived on time, listened carefully to what I needed done, asked questions to clarify a couple of things, and then set right to work. The two of them got everything done in just under two hours, even with the challenging wiring issues they encountered. They both asked for input and approval on where they thought it best to install things, and I agreed completely with them. Nick was careful to ensure that the pendant light hung at the correct height in the stairwell. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I am VERY impressed with their politeness, concentration on the task at hand, and neatness. I will definitely use ONLY Bobcat Electric for my numerous upcoming projects/upgrades.

When I called and explained the problem, Nick gave me an assessment about what he thought was the problem. On the phone he thought it was that the wiring of the old fixtures was too old and need to be rewired. When he arrived he assessed the situation and recommended new light fixture or a repair of the ones there. Prior to his arrival I decided to buy new fixtures and he installed them when he came. He was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and just a wonderful person. Great job!

Excellent high quality thorough job. Nick was excellent gave me great advice and charged a reasonable rate. Bob spent time on the phone with me to do an initial assessment so that the technician was prepared to do the job when he got here. Minor job where other electricians were either over charging or refusing to come out. This was not the case with Bobcat, my small job was treated with big customer service. Thank you Bob & Nick!

Nick and Tim arrived a little early, and finished the job quickly - (removing old overhead light fixture, and replacing with new one that I had purchased). Work was done in under an hour, and they were patient with my questions. Both were very pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. They took away old fixture for me, and left the work area neat and clean. I was very pleased with the work, and with their great customer service. I have used Bobcat Electric in the past, and have always been pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend to friends, and have already done so. A+ rating.

Bobcat is the best electrical company that I have worked with in Tacoma. They came out promptly and gave me a free estimate for the work, and extremely reasonable one. Their actual installation was prompt and professional. Just an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.

I decided to go with Bobcat because of price (very fair in comparison) and intuition/feeling. Bob was always very responsive to my questions and was a pleasure to work with on this project. I am very happy with the work that the team from Bobcat Electrical performed. They did their best to minimized the impact and were very patient with my questions. The team works great together and it was great to see a seasoned journeyman speak so professionally about the apprentice. The team responded very well to a last minute change and had the job done well within the time scheduled. I also appreciated how patient and kind they were with my son as he watched, asked questions, and wanted to help with the project. They explained a lot to him and included him when it was safe, legal, and appropriate. Felt like I hired a friend to do some specialized work for me.

I was a little worried at first thinking that it would require ceiling and drywall removal to run new wires from the switchbox to the outlets (about 24' away), but the two young electricians who showed up remedied the situation without having to demolition any of the ceiling or walls by using the existing circuit. They were knowledgeable, personable, and had it all rewired in about one hour. I couldn't be happier with the results, the service, or the quality of the work. I would use them again without hesitation. And it only cost about $130. !!

Trevor and Jordan showed up on time. Work was completed in a careful professional manner. Had 7 canned lights installed, and Bob was very accommodating with bid requests upon decision making. Defintely recommend theses guys and will use them again. Good local company!
