Description of Work: We have had them out several times in the past year to deal with various issues while we had tenants in the home and now since we have returned to the area. They are prompt, courteous, and fast. The only drawback was the price we paid for sugar ant removal ($300). We have since gone to a semiannual contract and that issue would have been covered if we had it before. Hindsight 20/20. |Great company.

Description of Work: They sprayed for little black bugs that have invaded our kitchen. We emptied out the kitchen and put everything in containers, so bugs would not have food source. Bugs dissapated for a while, but are back now again in full force.

+ 0 moreIt was flawless. They are always on time, always willing to listen and answer questions. They are good with providing estimates and not exceeding them. Everyone on their team has been very nice to deal with.
Description of Work: Quarterly spraying for spiders and bees. They take their warranty seriously, We had ants show up one day and we fought them for a few weeks but it didn’t get us very far. We called and they rushed right out, covered at their expense, and took care of them. We have not seen one since. We have pets and are sensitive to what is used and where it goes and the echo our concerns and respond appropriately.

+ 0 moreWe had been having a problem with weevils (pantry pests) for quite some time. I had tried to get rid of them by removing infested food and wiping the pantries down with disinfectant, but they always returned due to the eggs that they had laid. Arbor Pest had given us some advice on dealing with carpenter ants, so we called them about the weevils. They gave us detailed instructions on prepping the area for them. They arrived on time and sprayed both pantries; we have been weevil free since then. I would definitely recommend this company.
