+ -1 moreThey did an awful job, the shower was dirty, the floors still had dust bunnies, the furniture was still dusty, the cabinets were not wiped down... I can't figure out what they did for 2 hours!! I emailed them when I got home but never got a response.
Description of Work: Was to clean my house once a month. This was the first cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey are working out fine. They have done a real good job. The price is a little expensive I think but they are doing okay; no complaints. They charge $150 for each cleaning. They are pretty much professional; they had a little trouble starting out but the owner came in and did a quality survey on one of their cleaning jobs and since then there has been no problem. They have been very good about the responsiveness too; I had some concerns one time and they jumped right on it and made sure it was corrected to my liking.
Description of Work: I use White Glove Cleaning Services for house cleaning services including dusting and cleaning the floors. I get it done once a month.

+ 0 moreEverything schedulaed was completed on time. We were satisfied with the work done and the amount we paid. I would recomend this company.
Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning the (empty) house. The window washing was very good. We had hard water stains and he did a good job getting through them. Although we have moved from WA State I would recmommend them.

+ -1 moreWhite Glove is I would consider low in statue, it was a gift to my clients mom who insisted in using them. She paid 100.00, and it looked like they dirty the house not cleaned it. They left rings in the toilets and stated that was clean as they would get. Not to mention this lady paid them 35.00 for a estimate and they cleaned nothing they were contracted to clean. So I spent the money and warned a few customers not to use White Glove, i was truly unhappy seeing I am a house cleaner.
Description of Work: The person sent to clean was not professional in many ways, they looked like they just rolled out of bed , did not clean what was contracted, the toilets were still with a ring, the lady said "well that's all that will come off". I was so mad, this was a gift to a lady, and I had heard a few things but she wanted to try them. Needless to say I was unhappy, so I spent the money and did it myself since the lady's mom was my customer. They even left their garbage and feet prints, there is nothing 'white glove' about them.
