Description of Work: The cleaning was ok but I thought I had requested an upstairs and stairway to be done. When I went home it looked done ok but not a great job. When I brought up the room and poor cleaning I was told that they did not do that room and we were not charged. I did request it to be done and it was cleaner than when I left in the morning but not steam cleaner clean. I am confused but will not us them again.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic. I have used this company prior. I was looking for a good carpet cleaning company, and couldn't remember the company's name. I looked on the internet, and picked these folks, and when I was on the phone making the appt, Steve remembered me, making me feel like he cares for all his clients. We made the appt, and the only negative thing I have to say, is that the tech was about 1 hr late. The pervious job took longer than estimated. When I called Steve, he was very upset, that the tech hadn't contacted me. However, once the gentleman got here, he was very professional, very attentive, and did an outstanding job.
Description of Work: This company is fantastic!!! My carpet looked like it had come through a war zone, between kids, pets and day to day living, it was beyond all. They got up all the pet stains, the deep ground in dirt in my husband's study, and the stains in my dining room. Then they put a scotch gaurd coating on my carpet.
