+ -1 moreMy original review was nothing but positive. They were awesome and came by to pick up the payment. Now, I get some snarky person sending us email saying it's unpaid. We researched our records and it wasn't cashed. So, I let them know we were sending payment. I thought perhaps there might have been a language issue in one of their responses, but no. They blamed us, and said there was NO way we gave them a check and it wasn't cashed. That would never happen. They wanted to argue and blame us for the issue. The total left was only about $600. Their workers were the best. Their office management is rude as all get out.
Description of Work: We had several old stumps removed.

+ -1 moreCustomer service was excellent. Employees did a fantastic job cleaning up all debris and hauling off. I had 5 trees topped and shaped with great results. Employee asked for my approval after each tree they did. That proved to me they are a very professional company. Also had two trees removed. Was also very satisfied with that. Will recommend them to family and friends MMazie

Description of Work: Frank and his crew came to prune a large tree in my backyard. He was friendly, professional and they did exactly what we discussed. Even better is their clean up was great. No branches or leaves everywhere. I also appreciated his follow up call making sure I was satisfied. We will definitely use him again!!
