+ -1 moreIt went fine. they ran into a few snags like who ever put in the pool in the first place poured concreate all around the skimmer pipe which was 3 ft down and they had to remove all that concreate. they also had to find special fittings to attach to the old skimmer. So there were a few delays but not on their fault but the fault of whoever put the pool in.
Description of Work: They found a leak in my return to the pump house and fixed the leak which included cutting through the concreate and digging until they reached the skimmer and layed a brand new line to the pump house.I also had them replace the water pump on my hot tub.

+ -1 moreThe tub had a defective cartridge that took six months to get diagnosed and repaired. Shannon?s would not make repairs as requested ? the spa was poor quality with less than standard industry warranty.
Description of Work: Purchased a hot tub/spa but could not get them to make warranty repairs – it had leaks in two years time. I had to hire another business to make repairs since Shannon’s would not come to the house to make them.
