It went as planned . I even changed up a few things and Russell had no problem with my requests. We are very happy with the end result and we will recommend Russell to all our family and friends.
Description of Work: We had all brush removed. All new sod laid down. Boarders put in with river rock laid down. Rock and brick laid around our huge trees.

Called this company for a free estimate on pavers. Was told couldn't get anyone out for a month. Wasn't in a rush, so ok with this. Then was called day before and asked if they could reschedule for next day because they forgot about me. Again, not in a rush and that was fine. Tom showed up early and viewed the spot and said would get back to me in the week with the estimate via e-mail. Sounds good. Never got a response! Even sent them an e-mail later and never heard back. The estimate was done on 5/02. I guess the job was just to small (12' x 18' section of pavers) for them. Really shocked, as seemed to be a professional company. So unless you have a major job, I would not bother with this company. They just won't have time for you : (
