Description of Work: The owner/Serviceman immediately identified the problem with the broken Samsung microwave door. Repaired the broken piece, which after about a month later works as good as new. Approximate service charge was quoted at $50-70 but have yet to receive a bill.

+ -1 moreRon came out and took care of the problem without any issues. It took him a little while to do it but he was very friendly and very polite. We were very pleased with the service. I have a very positive feedback on that. His price just seemed a little expensive for what he did but I am not familiar with what the going rates are nowadays so I am not sure. It just seemed a little bit overpriced to me but he was here right on time. I liked him.
Description of Work: We used Ron's Appliance Repair Service in May of this year for the repair of our refrigerator.

+ -1 moreHe arrived almost a hour later than time arranged. He found the problem and made a temporary fix until a part could be ordered. He said he would be back on the 10th of Jun, but never arrived and did not respond to message left for him. Never gave an estimate of costs. Also arrived an hour late on the day he was to install the new part.
Description of Work: Repair refrigerator which was not cooling.

+ -1 moreHe is very through and explains anything you ask. He came right out last year when we had a mouse in the auxiliary heater and helped us clean it up and make sure it was functioning correctly. How many servicers would do that? He also explained to us how to step the thermostat for the heat pump so the auxiliary heater would not come on so much. This will save electricity.
Description of Work: He checked out the outside heat pump and the inside heating/cooling assemblies. We needed coolant so he supplied that after checking and cleaning all the components. We did not ask for an estimate and he mailed a bill with all the details of the service in a very complete format so we could see exactly what he had done.

+ 1 moreHe is a stand up guy; very honest with a great work ethic. There was a job he was not qualified for and he let me know, there was no run around. Whenever I call him, he returns my calls right away and is very punctual. I call him whenever I need his services.

Description of Work: Ron's Appliance Repair Service came out to fix our fridge. He diagnosed the problem and found out the compressor on fridge needed to be replaced. He worked quick and also double checked for other problems.

He always tries to find the most economical solution for us and really takes time to explain what's wrong and why. If he can't fix it that day he's very conscientious about getting it fixed as soon as possible.
