+ -1 moreTim and his crew were great, they started a couple days late due to some bad weather, but other then that everything was on time. Tim had great communication though out the project. about 6 months after the completion of the project, we had one small issue. I called Tim and he came out that day and fixed it himself at no charg
Description of Work: Tim bid the project, his bid was by far the lowest. I got 3 bids, they came in about 18k and 22k and Tim's at 13k. I was a little nervious about going with the lowest bid, at first, but it turned out great. Our house is 100 years old with wood gutters. They relined the gutters with a plastic membrane. Removed an old ceder roof and put on a black composit roof. Everyday they cleaned the entire site.
