He called immediately, scheduled a 3:00pm appointment for the same day, he was nice, fast, efficient and courteous, I would call him again. This morning I had a mattress in my front yard, this afternoon it is permanently gone?yahoo!!

We had a very large overgrown juniper/shrub that we need removed. Juan and his co-worker did a great job, not only did they get the whole thing plus its roots removed, but they also hauled it all away and cleaned up everything when they were done.

I hired them to mow our lawn prior to going on vacation & did not know them or what kind of service we would get. When we got home we were so pleased with what we saw. Excellent service and Juan notified us each time he mowed as promised. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely hire them again as needed. Very pleased!

Juan, did a great job. I had 2 previous people/companies that strung me along or flaked out on appointment as my weeds continued to grow. Juan didn't hesitate to accept the job & he completed as I requested. I plan on hiring him in the near future to haul away things to the dump.

I was fortunate to find J & I Junk Removal & Land services. I had 1/8 acre of weeds on land I owned that was bordered by corn owned by someone else. I hired to cut down the weeds & remove from my property. I was elated to see my property after clearing. I would highly recommend J & I. I would definitely hire again.
