They always do wonderful work, and I would recommend them to anyone. They even put the booties on their shoes to keep our carpets nice.

They are responsive to my needs, provide friendly professional service, and do an excellent job of getting the carpet clean. They arrive pretty much in the appointed time. If one is not satisfied with the results, they very nicely will re-do......I have never had to have them "re-do" anything. Also, they give a discount if anyone I refer uses their service. They are a class act.

My first attempt to call the company connected me to their answering machine on a weekday afternoon. I expected a phone call from them the following morning and was disappointed. I had heard good things about the company and decided to call again. The receptionist was not very friendly. She asked me for the overall square footage. I explained I had the room measurements available, but I had not converted the numbers into square footage. She stated "so you want me to do that?" Her tone was condensending and as it is her business, I stated yes, I wanted her to convert the numbers for me. I decided to make the appointment anyway. I then proceeded to call around town and see if I could find an earlier appointment with another company and had no luck. About an hour after I had made the appointment, the owner called. He was very friendly, stated that he had heard my message on the answering machine and wanted to make sure someone had called me back. I explained the situation to him, he apologized for the receptionist. The day of the appointment the arrival time came and went. I called the company 30 minutes after the appointed time and talked to the receptionist, who didn't know why their worker was late. She offered to call me when she knew he would be arriving. 5 minutes later their worker arrived. He was very apologetic. He immediately got to work, measuring my carpets and firming up the initial estimate price. He pre-treated all the spots I requested and cleaned the carpets throughly. Overall his work was great and my carpets turned out clean and beautiful.

Their price was fair and they were fine.

This was the second time we've had Healthy Home come out to do some carpet cleaning. We were very pleased with the results the first time, and this time just needed the traffic path done. We have four small dogs and keeping it looking nice is not as easy as if we had none! Healthy Home does a terrific job! When they're done it smells nice and clean, and takes very little time to dry. We will be using them again and again!
