They are separating now where the seams come together. There are strings coming out of the carpet. After a while, we called them and told them what it was doing, but they never retuned my phone call. I could have called them back. I did talk to a guy there and he said that they could replace the carpet but we would have to pay for the labor. I didn’t think it was worth it, so I didn’t. The carpet is 5 years old; it's not that old. Their price was pretty good; it wasn’t bad. They responsiveness was pretty good. Everyone came when they came, but I don’t know if they were late getting there or not. The people that put the carpeting in didn’t do such a good job; it should have lasted longer than it did. They were young kids putting it down and they did it so fast that they didn’t get it sealed right. I have had carpets put down before and you never saw the seams. I have had carpets that have been there for 20 years with no problems. If I had to do my carpet again, I would check around in other places.
