 + -1 moreJim Fickel came to my house to make an estimate on my kitchen remodel job. He was recommended to me and I'm sure his company does good work but his approach to this job was wrong for me. He was not happy to find that I had already purchased my appliances as he likes to mark up the price of appliances to the customer. He told me this was not his kind of job, which I appreciated because I was sure by the end of the interview that we would not be working well together. He didn't submit an estimate.
