I like them. So far they have been able to figure out anything I need. They are very reasonable. They are very patient with clients. I have called them and asked questions and there was no charge for that. I would use them in the future.

I had spent some time researching the product (MacPro) I wanted to purchase on-line and was originally going to purchase the product on-line but thought I would give the local economy a boost. I was hoping the company would match the on-line offers but they were not able to match the rebate specials and they did not have the products in-stock that I wanted. They tried to talk me out of one of the products I was purchasing (printer) but I was not provided adequate justification as to why they considered the product inferior and they did not offer an alternate product suggestion. They had to order a printer and router, I was told the items would be in-stock in a week. When I returned in a week to pick up the pre-paid items, only one had arrived. I had not been contacted to get the report of delay as I would have waited and saved myself the 40 minute trip in. I also felt the sales staff did not seem very knowledgable about their product and when I was offered an upsell sales pitch that again had inadequate justification (i.e. Purchase the warranty but when I said that the Mac was supposed to be superior to the other computers hence the expensive price the answer I received was "Well all computers break down".) I should have stuck to my original plan and purchased on line from Apple.
