+ -1 moreNot only took out the risky branches, trimmed up all around the tree to give it an even look, cleaned up my yard AND roof where there was a bunch of debris AND took down and then rehung all my sun catchers and wind chimes from the lower branches he cut off to the higher branches

+ -1 moreHe doesn't listen. I told him repeatidly what I wanted and he never listened or complied with my requests. He works really quickly and is almost hyperactive--to the point where the work is not completed to satisfaction. I was not happy with him because I specifcally asked him NOT to put the water system under the deck and that's where he put it.
Description of Work: He was supposed to get my water system up and running. He fixed a few sprinkler heads. He was here less than a day then he left with the system not working.

The crew that did the work removed the tree and brush safely and efficiently. I was impressed that they had all been working with Doug for more than 5 years.
