DaBella - Yakima WA

This appointment was a blast, Jonoyeth Trujano was the rep that came to help us out today and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was going on with my windows.

They were great, flexible schedule and good financing. Got exactly what I was looking for

No call no show by them on my appointment to get a quote. I drove 2.5 hrs to meet them on site. First 5 calls I couldn't reach customer service by phone because they kept "dropping" the call. I picked them for their overall review rating, but evidently I should have taken heed of the poor reviews. It doesn't appear quality is a standard they concern themselves with; at least once the appointment is made. Very hard to contact them; even the other office that did finally pick up couldn't reach the Yakima office that was to give me my quote. I guess I'll take the two hours I had planned for my quote to write reviews on my experience to inform others. I value my time and they don't.

Jesse Tapia, the representative for DaBella LLC out of the Yakima Office was easy to get along with. He was very patient and thorough in explaning the type of material used, and the new venting system that eliminated the ugly roof vents. The whole system was fascinating to watch the installers do their job. The installers were fast and efficient. They cleaned up the site after each work day and did a good job when they finished the job. Highly recommend these people for their product and professional workmanship.

Jaclyn and Brandon were awesome and easy to work with, got us a great deal. Would hire dabella again if we needed them.

It went pretty good the only delay was due to weather other than that the installers and quality of the roof were amazing. I would definitely recommend DeBella to other people in need of a roof. The salesman was named Roy and he was very knowledgeable of the product

Ryan Lingenfelder 509-302-6265 is so wonderful and patient. He came from Tri Cities and spent the afternoon really showing me everything his roofers and windows will do for me. I have never had such a great person continue to call me, follow up and have so much patience. He actually helped hook up my computer and fixed my dog area. I look forward to DaBella putting my roof on and installing my windows. I recommend anyone calling Ryan for any of their services.

Jeff came out and showed me the DaBella roofing system and it looks very impressive.
