Three painters worked my project. They were all cheerful and did a great job.

The job started on time, but got delayed due to supplier and equipment issues. Otherwise, the entire experience was a good one from estimate to clean up. The crew was professional and hard working. They responded to our requests and addressed our concerns politely and professionally. We were pleased witt the quality of matierials, the finished product and their attention to detail.

They made it sound like they were going to do a good job. They were just kids in school off for the summer working and said they were going to do a good job, in a timely manner. The kids were nice that came to paint our house. I used to be a painter and they didn't have any of the experience that they needed to really get the job done quickly and efficiently. It wasn't their fault, it was the guy who hired them and was using them as his business model. He should have had more experienced worker or trained them better. They took 4 days to paint just the outside of my house. It was 1800 square foot and they only put one coat of paint on, which is a no no and they were kind of deceptive about it. They didn't come out and say, hey we are only going to put on one coat. They came out and said what kind of paint they were going to use, but they didn't tell us they were only going to put on one coat. It is critical in painting and everybody knows that one coat is never enough. You always have to put 2 coats or maybe 3. I was really disappointed because of that and they didn't want to make it right, they wanted to charge us more. That is it for them. They are all over, a franchise. We had a bit of a spat with them at the end.
