It was a very frustrating experience. Some of the work was poorly done: too big a hole cut for an electric outlet so we were instructed to go out and buy a bigger wall plate. Even that wasn't big enough to cover the hole so a supervisor had to repair the problem. A wall that had texture on most of it, with a big smooth patch in the middle; throwing away baseboards we intended to reuse, so we had to buy additional supplies. We were upset to find the crew used our master bathroom bathtub to clean out their paintbrushes! I spent an hour scrubbing to get all the paint out. We notified their lead about the problem, yet again we found evidence they were still using our bathtub and leaving paint. We were told the crew would clean up after themselves, but when they finally finished the job, I had to sweep, clean paint off windows, and scrub dirty handprints off of the ceiling access to our attic, We found half-full water bottles left on our beautiful wood furniture. After they considered the job "done", the supervisor had to make three additional visits to re-do sloppy work.

We asked the contractor to come out and give us a bid via a referral from our insurance agent on a home that requires certain aspects to comply with FHA guidelines. Four different things needed to be done in order for the house to be up to FHA code. We were honest and told Chad that we may or may not use his services but needed a bid and once we moved in we may have them install carpet. So he says that day or the next he will email it to me. Well 4 days go by and no email and we cant get ahold of him. Finally after calling him from a different number he picks up and says he doesn't want to do the bid because and quot;something doesn't feel rightand quot;. Well obviously he doesn't have any clue about the construction business because these bids are routine. Everything about these guys is unprofessional. Thankfully we found several other contractors that were willing to do it (so much for going off of a referral).

After coming to see what I wanted done, met with me again to go over what flooring etc. that I wanted so could do a bid- let me take home the color sample book to get a good idea of color that I wanted. They took all my cabinet doors to their workshop to paint them which made it nicer for me so did not have to have sanding etc. done in my kitchen. I had dark blue paint on some of the doors so it took them 6 or 7 coats to cover it. I had picked out hardware on line but they went to store and brought several styles to make sure I got what I wanted. I felt like they really cared that I got exactly what I wanted. All the work was done in a very professional manner. I needed to call them about a few items after work was done and they always responded in a timely manner and made sure that the items got fixed. I have never worked with a contractor before and would call this a very happy experience with them. I would absolutely hire them again. .
