Diagnosed by technician and had parts, and even upgraded wiring. Have had them here three other times and always courteous ,professional, and fixed problem first time. Made sure heat pump was running right too.

Our insurance claims adjustor steered us into using a general contractor who cut corners at every turn. We had "full replacement " insurance and have a substandard result. It took 8 months out of our home and now, 6 years later, I still have little details to finish because I became so worn down by the process, I gave up trying to get them to fix things. Central's role included putting in a bath tub so out of plumb it didn't pass inspection, installing water pipes in such a way that extra insulation had to be used to ovoid freezing them when they could easily have been fit in safe temperature zone, not securing air ducts so that they blew out inot a crawlspace instead of heating and cooling the house and creating a leak in the laundry that flooded a bedroom after new carpetting had been installed. When I asked them not to send a particular worker back who was responsible for a lot of the above, they sent him anyway and then yelled at me when I complained.

We needed some crawl space duct work replaced. I submitted plans, they came out when they promised to to view the job, they submitted a bid and performed the work on time and without additional expense. One other thing; they rerouted some of the duct work to allow for better routing and crawl space access which involved cutting through a portion of a stem wall. This was not part of the original bid, took them extra time and was a bonus to us! They do very good work!!
