Description of Work: Our roof was new when we bought the house but the roofer did a terrible job and we had lots of leaking this last winter so I hired Jorge to replace the problem area.

+ -1 moreGreat Job, Furnish labor, materials and equipment to Install approximately 4900 sq ft of asphalt laminated shingles. Install Malarkey legacy laminated asphalt shingles with 50yr limited warranty Install drip edge and starter on all eaves and rakes. Approximately 490 lineal feet. Install metal valleys. Install one 10" Solatube tubular skylight. Install ice and water Shield on valleys and 24 " past exterior wall on eaves. Install synthetic underlayment on rest of the roof. Install 144 lineal feet of ridge vent. Install new flashing on all roof penetrations. Install 20 ln feet of step flashings. The work started and completed in a timely manner. Castillon Roofing exhibited excellent professionalism and customer support. They have a very nice website, respond quickly to emails and phone inquiries. Overall a great experience
