+ 0 moreExcellent Service. A very pleasant couple showed up to provide an estimate and if the estimate was agreeable they offered to do the cleaning immediately following. I though the price was more than fair, in fact we agreed to have an additional room done because the pricing was so reasonable. We just purchased the home in which the carpets needed to be cleaned prior to moving in. They are a light beige color and I don't expect miracles to happen with ten year old dirty carpet. The outcome was much better than I expected. I am happy to recommend Cascade and I will definitely be using them again. It is not often that service industries surpass expectations (just take a trip to Walmart or Home Depot and you know what I mean).
Description of Work: Cleaned several rooms with carpet as well as stairs.

+ 0 moreNice older couple did all the work. Showed up on time, gave us the bid and began work. All the problem areas cleaned to our satisfaction. In and out in a bit over 2 hours.
Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpets in our home--about 1300 sq feet of cleaned area, including 33 stairs.
