BEMIS APPLIANCE & TELEVISION

I absolutely loved them when I bought my appliances. I bought 4 appliances. Well I am into just over a year after buying them and guess what, my brand new washer quit working. Now I had called a couple times worried about it and was told to unplug it and plug it back in (no seriously that’s what they said) because it would reset it. And it kind of worked but now it’s completely not working but they managed to not have to do anything until after the warranty was no good. When I asked what it cost to have someone out they told me $190.00 just to come out!!!! So much for service after the sale. Guess I better keep looking for a decent place to buy appliances because clearly theirs aren’t going to last. Very sad I had really high hopes for them.

I have bought a couple appliances through Bemis, and also had them come out to my home a couple times to look at/repair other appliances. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When people have come into my home, they have been friendly and personable. They've passed on tips to me regarding appliances. I feel their prices are competitive. Their service is timely. I like to support local businesses, and I'm happy to continue shopping at Bemis for my appliances. They may seem small compared to going to a larger store like Home Depot, but I find they have quality products at a quality price and are readily available to help maintain them for years to come. My parents have always shopped Bemis for their appliances, and this trust has been passed down to me.
