THEY PUT THE FILES ON MY FLASH DRIVE AT THEIR S. 1ST LOCATION, CHARGING LESS THAN A COMPETITOR. MONTHS LATER I DROPPED THE NET BOOK AND CRACKED THE SCREEN. THEY LOOKED AT IT, AT THEIR NEW LARSON BUILDING LOCATION, AND RECOMMENDED THAT I BUY A LAPTOP RATHER THAN FIX THE NETBOOK. I ALSO MENTIONED MY MALFUNCTIONING PRINTER AND THEY MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS FOR REPLACING BOTH. I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS ON THE NETBOOK TO MOVE THE START MENU TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN, WHICH WAS NOT CRACKED, SO I COULD READ THE MENU AND BE ABLE TO HOOK THE NETBOOK TO MY TV SET AND USE IT AS A MONITOR OR TO WATCH VIDEOS/TV FROM THE INTERNET. THEY DID THIS AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT.
Description of Work: RECOVERED FILES FROM MY NETBOOK, WHICH HAD STOPPED WORKING PROBABLY FROM A VIRUS.

I took my Sony laptop in to get a virus removed. Was told it would take about a day and would cost about $70 for labor. After several days of hearing nothing I went in to find that they haven't even worked on it yet. After being told that it will be ready in a couple hours I left to run some errands. I returned after two hours to find that my pc was no longer working and that the motherboard was fried. After being told that the cost to fix would be over $300 I said no. After alot of bartering and badgering from the salesman trying to get me to buy a Windows XP computer that would have trouble opening the internet with how it was built, I decided to trade in my computer for the value of the hard drive and RAM that I put in it. I purchased a semi decent computer that seemed to be the best one there for about $150 and I don't plan on going there again, or refering anyone there for that matter.
Description of Work: I was supposed to have a virus removed, they ended up destroying my motherboard and doing everything they could to sell me a junker of a computer, which was worth less than the parts my computer had in it.
