Jess has been our go to guy and has worked for us for the last 8 years. From kitchen to bathroom remodels and he has ALWAYS been fair and precise! Not only is his work far exceeding what we want he is an incredible guy who we trust and will use for all our needs. You will never go wrong calling him.

Jess was punctual and did an outstanding job even though it was freezing outside, raining, and the ground was very hard which made the digging more difficult. I will definitely be using him again for other improvements we want to do. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Technical Plumbing Inc did a good job, he was available, he was real good about contacting and getting right back to me, and he kept me informed the whole way.

Jess couldn't come immediately because of prior committment, but came to the house to resolve the gushing water problem by shutting it off, then returned in a couple of hours with a crew to dig to the broken pipe, repair it, and back fill the hole. They even cleaned up after themselves. The price was exactly what had been quoted at the beginning.

His price was very reasonable and I will call him again with any plumbing needs I may have.

Technical Plumbing Inc did an excellent job. To the point, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the stuff right away. He had to order and research a fixture for a company that's no longer in business and then wait for them to be shipped to him. As soon as they came, he was there to put them in. He got our parts for us without us having to go with brand-new fixtures. He was very prompt and I would call him again. I thought the price was comparable to just about anybody else, probably a little bit better. He was here before the time he said he was going to be.

I contacted Jess with Technical Plumbing to take a look at my mother-in-law's water main that had a leak in it. He came by and said that judging by the age of the house that the pipe was most likely polybutylene and that the entire pipe would need to be replaced. He gave a quote of $1200 to do that. I told him to go ahead and fix it and we scheduled a time to have it done. He arrived promptly and shortly after arriving called me to say that the pipe was not polybutylene and that he found the leak near the meter and fixed it. He said that it would only be approx $220 instead. I really appreciate his honesty. He could have replaced the entire pipe and charged me $1200 and I would have not known otherwise. I will be using Technical Plumbing for all plumbing issues.

I thought we might have clogged drain pipes as the toilets always seemed to flush too slow. Jeff from Technical Plumbing ran a TV camera through the drain pipes and was able to see that they were actually pretty clean. The problem was with the first generation low-flow toilets which are notorious for not being able to handle waste very effectively. Jeff was very flexible during our initial contact and was able to accommodate my somewhat short notice schedule request. He showed up on time, was very professional and well equipped, was very pleasant to work with and obviously knew his business. His services were also very reasonable. I would definitely use him again or recommend him to others.

I have recently replaced my countertops and sinks. My so- in-law and I did the plumbing but there were persistent leaks in two of the water valves. My son-in-law tightened them but they continued to leak. I called Technical Plumbing and Jess was able to come out late in the afternoon of the same day I called. He came in and said it is possible the water valves may have been tightened too much but when he looked at them, he said they were not. In fact, one of them had a crack in it. He replaced the cracked one, greased them, tighened a few things, and replaced a couple of washers. He also took time to look at our handy work and gave some helpful plumbing hints. For future plumbing jobs I will just call Jess. He was very professional, knowledgebale, helpful, personable, and quick. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks for a great job!

Very professional and honest person

This plumber is fabulous to work with. He is the only plumber I will work with. He is reliable and very interested in the problem. He will check it out, and if there is nothing he can do, then he will tell you. Also he is honest and easy to work with. He knows everything that someone can know about plumbing. I first worked with him because he was the only one in the area that I could find that could install an on demand water heater. I would give him an award if it was possible. He is very down to earth and a nice person. He is pleasant, and I could tell that he would not rip me off or over charge me.

Jess came on short notice and made all the requested repairs perfectly. He not only built a new manifold, he removed all the old deteriorating pipes and pieces, installed the new equipment in a more appropriate space (freeing up precious floor space that had been taken up by the old equipment), and left the area shining clean. In repairing the leaky ice maker, Jess had to completely re-plumb the line to the water supply in the basement and put in all new connectors, first correcting all the problems my husband had caused when he tried to install it himself! Jess's work is impeccable, and he never makes us feel stupid for screwing something up in the first place.
