TECHNICAL PLUMBING INC

Due to a leak detected, I needed a new water line installed. I called Christensen Plumbing and he did not do this service, but gave me the number to Technical Plumbing. These guys came out within a half hour of me calling them and gave me a bid on the spot, taking the time to explain the job and the most logical way of fixing the problem. We booked the job shortly after and they were out the next day marking where everything was. When the day of the job came, they were here when they said they would be and they were "hammers" working, displaying professionalism, and politeness. During the entire process they were punctual and took the time to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. Everything was done up to and passed code. I was thoroughly impressed and would hire again for another type of plumbing work. I have already passed their business card on to someone at work that needs the same job done. Thank you.

We called Christensen Plumbing initially, but they were unable to come until the following week. They suggested calling Technical. And we used Technical. Cudos and a good review to Christensen for making a recommendation.. Technical came out within the hour of a phone call, surveyed the problem, and was able to get the leaking stopped. They couldn't fix the problem, because they had other commitments, but said they would return. They did and fixed the problem permanently. Would I hire again. Yes. Nice guys, and new what they were doing.

He's busy, so slow to get here, but an honest guy and reasonable/fair. The repairs and work done are great. It has been a few months and I am happy. He was too busy to come recently to fix a toilet leak, so was OK with me calling another plumber to get someone here quickly.

He's great. He's knowledgeable and responsive. He's definitely reasonable in price.

We had rented a snake and tried 4-5 times to unclog the pipe. Apparently the one we rented wasn't long or big enough but it was the only one available at the rental place. Monday morning, we called Technical Plumbing. My husband spoke with Jess on the phone. He said someone would be out about noon and we would received a call 1/2 hour before arrival to give us a heads up. Rod called us at 11:45 and said arrival would be at 12:30. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work and was successful on his first run with the snake. Rod didn't make a mess and the price was reasonable. Jess and Rod were easy to talk to, friendly and gave good advice. Hopefully, we will not have any more problems but if we do, we will call Technical Plumbing!

Everything went great. These guys showed up when they said they would, took care of the problems efficiently, and didn't even give me a hard time about our pathetic DIY repair attempts. :-) I felt their pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done (and the inconvenience of working in the crawl space made wet by the leaks).

I cannot express the relief to find amazing service and quality of work from Jess at Technical Plumbing. After weeks of multiple plumbers that don't call back and long waits for scheduling, I found a gem of a plumber. He's very organized and return calls and manages his business very well that we were able to schedule work just a week out which is relatively fast. Jess had great ingenuity to utilized the crawl space vent adjacent to where I wanted the utility sink to have the pipes go through that vent opening instead of drilling through the foundation which would have added cost and was the only option that other plumber provided. The result was perfect and by tapping into the kitchen's water source, I had a great option of having the shut off valve to be inside so that when winter comes, I won't have frozen cracked pipes. Jess and Rob represent the type of business that we should all support and they actually looked like they enjoyed what they do. I highly recommend their service and do not want to find another plumber again. Their prices were also very reasonable and very fair.

There's one fellow who is an exceptional worker and I've used them several times. Actually he worked all day on it and didn't have the equipment right to finish the job. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing, because he was not able to do it. So he recommended another company and they came out and I've never seen such a rude bunch. He had done other things and really stayed with it until he was finished. He didn't leave any messes and didn't waste time. I would tell someone that they were efficient and tidy. They were punctual, reasonable and very polite. This last time I think was the third time I'd asked him to come out. One time a pipe had broken underneath the house and he found that water was standing and somehow he got under there, fixed that and got out. He didn't have anything more with him than his boots.

They did a great job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had a leak on our water tank and noticed that one valve wouldn't work because of age. They came immediately and ended up replacing three valves and installed a new waterflex pipe and generally checked out the whole system to make sure we would have no more problems. They were very professional and did the work quickly. We were very pleased with their response and friendly manner.

Two separate trips: 1st trip i put a hole in a copper pipe with a drill bit and they came out incredibly quickly to patch it up. Whole job was done in under an hour and was very reasonably priced. 2nd trip was to see if I had a pipe leaking under a shower on a second story. They came out, took a look and determined no issue. They didn't even charge for coming out! I will definitely use them again for all of my home plumbing needs.

Our old water heater started leaking on a weekend. Our friend, an expert plumber, was out-of-town but highly recommended Jess. We've had some bad experiences with service people in the past and we were weary to try someone we didn't know. However, Jess and his helper were fantastic. Technical Plumbing was informative (gave us different options in different price ranges), told us what had to be done now and what could wait, worked quickly and cleanly and backed up his work. They left decisions up to us along the way (we would have never known we had those options with another provider). They were very courteous, tried to make as little interruption to our daily lives as possible and the communication was very good. We knew exactly when they would come and do what, how long it would take and how much it would be. We have very high standards for service people coming into our home and as far as Jess goes, we highly recommend him.

They were very accommodating and professional from the very first contact. Great communication. We got multiple options and they explained everything to us in detail. There were no surprises and everything was done on time. The price stayed the same and the work was done when they said it would be done. Great service. Can only recommend.

Jess and Rob arrived on time. From the beginning it was obvious they were highly experienced, proficient, no-nonsense professionals. It was necessary to cut a hole in the drywall in the garage to gain access to the pipe. Afterwards they enclosed the hole with a plastic cover which had a nice appearance. They did a very neat and clean job. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than a half hour. I would highly recommend them.

I got an astronomical bill from the water company and found out the main water line coming into our home from the city was leaking. I called a few plumbers and none could make it out in less than a week. One company stated over the phone that the line could not be repaired and that I would need a whole new line and that the price would probably be in the $3k-$5k range. Technical Plumbing had good reviews so I decided to give them a call. The owner Jess said he could come out the same day and take a look. He found the problem and quoted me on two solutions. One solution was to repair the leak. The other was to use a boring machine and replace the main line without needing to dig a trench. I was quoted $400 or so to repair the leak, or a little less than $1,700 to do the complete replacement. After some discussion my wife and I decided to just do the repair. Jess and his son came out just a couple of days later and had the water line repaired in 2 hrs. They dug a hole just big enough to complete the repair (nearly 50 inches deep) and shoveled all of the dirt onto a tarp. After the work was done I couldn't even tell where they had dug (note: it was in a flowerbed). The total cost ended up being less than $400 and the problem has been resolved (my water meter is no longer spinning like crazy). They provided a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. I really appreciate the quality of service, speed of service, and of course the phenomenal price.

Jess and his son have done several plumbing projects for me over the past several months and always with great results. They replaced the waterline from my house to the street, installed a new hot water heater and replaced my kitchen faucet. Each time I contacted Jess he responded quickly. came out to assess the problem, and gave me a reasonable bid to do the work. He was friendly, professional and was able to answer my questions and resolve any concerns that I had. I have already referred him to others and would certainly use his services again in the future.

Original was going to cost about $1600 to install new water line. This included boring a hole to run the new line. After talking with them, I decided to dig the ditch my self and just have them hook up the line. They were fine with this and advise me on what to do. A week later after I was done they returned hooked up the line. The charges were a little less then originally thought.... Any plumbing needs in the futrue and I will certainly call them back.

They did a great job. It turned out I only needed a replacement of the cartridge. However, they came on very short notice, immediately fixed the sink and did a great job.

Our house was built in 1946 and has all original plumbing and only one bathroom. Jess and his son Rob came in and quickly saw they could not just take it off at the floor so they cut it off at the basement ceiling level and quickly got the new flange in. They were quick, friendly and cleaned everything up before they left. I have a couple more plumbing projects and will be calling technical for sure. A+ in my view.
