TSUGAWA NURSERY

I was so excited to purchase 14 trees from the nursery for my project as I heard of their excellent customer service, knowledge of their inventory. I spent $700 and ordered their delivery service. On Monday I received a call asking if delivery could take place next day on Tuesday. I said yes and that I would be home all day. At 2:30 on Tuesday afternoon no one had come and I had received no call. I called the nursery and inquired if they were still coming. The driver called me back and said he would be there in a half an hour. When he arrived and opened the back of the truck all the trees had been knocked over and jostled about. Half of them were severely damaged. I called the nursery while the delivery driver was still here. It took me 10 tries to get someone to answer the phone and then there was no one in authority there that could help. The driver left the trees and took off. I phoned the nursery on Wednesday again asking to speak to somebody about the situation no one was available. But I was assured that Brian the manager would call me back. I never heard anything at all on Wednesday from Brian. On Thursday I went into the nursery to speak with someone again Brian was available and there was no one else there that could help me. I was assured however that Brian would call me by Friday afternoon. Again Friday came and went and I received no phone call or resolution to this problem. Very disappointing I wouldn't spend my money there, they're unreliable and their customer service is poor.

They were very helpful and the price was reasonable.

This is a great place to go. All I can say as I keep going back and have been for years. If you don't visit, your missing out, check them out soon.

THE STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL IN GETTING US STARTED WITH DESIGNING AND PICKING OUT THE PLANTS FOR OUR WATER PONDS. WE DID NOT WANT TO USE CHEMICALS FOR CLEANING, SO THEY HELPED US CHOSE WATER PLANTS THAT WOULD NATURALLY KEEP THE PONDS CLEAN. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR BEGINNERS LIKE OURSELVES.

WE LOVE THIS NURSERY. THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL SELECTION AND A VERY HELPFUL STAFF. WE RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW. THEY HAVE VERY HEALTHY PLANTS AND GOOD PRICES.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE A WIDE SELECTION OF STATUES AND FOUNTAINS TO CHOOSE FROM, ALONG WITH ALL OF THE TUBING, PUMPS AND SUPPLIES YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

WHAT A GREAT FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, YET PROFESSIONAL. I USE THEM YEARLY AND WILL CONTINUE TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

I FELT LIKE THE TECH WHO CAME TO MY HOME WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE SAFETY OF MY POND THAN WITH THE MONEY THAT HE WAS MAKING. IT WAS VERY REFRESHING TO FEEL THAT WAY. HE MADE SURE THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY CHANCE THAT SOMETHING WOULD PUNCTURE THE LINER. I WAS REALLY PUT AT EASE WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT THEY SHOWED ME.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS THAT GIVES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH PROVIDING QUALITY PRODUCTS. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE, AS THE LAYOUT FOR OUR LANDSCAPE BECOMES COMPLETE.
