Our experience was very unsatisfactory. Communication very poor. Poor quality and cheap products were used to stay under budget but they kept the remainder of the monies if it did not exceed cost estimate. If cost estimate was higher we were charged for overage in the form of a 'change order' and we had to pay extra. We feel they were not ethical or honest in dealing with us. The framing lumber was #2 grade and caused many problems for subsequent subs such as drywall and tile installers. Failed to apply to PUD for power to job site and entire home was framed on generator. We had to intervene to have things progress. Upgrade charges to us were double of what sub bid actually was. We found ourselves overseeing job as they were on vacation a lot. They were all about the money and nothing about quality. Would not recommend dealing with this company. Contract was terminated at the framing stage. Low grade quality for a high price.
