 + -1 moreHe has done a lot of work for me over the past couple years. He takes an idea and makes it work. He is very creative and interactive. He will do his best to make it look the way you want it to look. Also he is very good about getting the permits for the work. He is straightforward about his charge too. He charges an hourly rate. He leaves his work site completely clean at the end of the day. He is careful around the furniture and makes sure nothing is left a mess. He is very interesting and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: He did major work for me. He turned the bedroom window into a doorway for me. He used a door that I bought on Craigslist. He then built a deck off of that door for a hot-tub.

 + -1 moreExceptionally smooth process. The hurdles Pete encountered, like working with 60-year-old wiring, and being asked to re-use old windows and doors, he took on cheerfully and enthusiastically. He's delightful to work with.
Description of Work: Pete planned and completed a major exterior remodel. He filled in a 20'x40' swimming pool, built a small workshop on that site, built a deck for a new hot tub, replaced a window with a French door, remodeled the old pool house into a new garage, re-installed landscape lighting, and managed all the subcontractors. He is meticulous in everything he does, tries to give his customers the best value for their money, and is absolutely honest, reliable, and great to work with.
