MASTERCRAFT MASONRY

When Stan first came over for a quote, we spent quite a while trying to figure out where in the house the heater could fit. He spent a lot of time with us and then promptly drew up a custom design. After waiting nearly the whole summer for a building permit and post and beam construction around where the heater would go, they got to work within a week of the area being prepared. Building quickly progressed because many of the components were pre-made to allow work to flow smoothly. We had several inspections during the process and they met each one on time of their predictions. Work would have finished exactly on schedule except the supplier of chimney parts sent them the wrong sized trim ring as well as the last chimney pipe section was too big. Stan ordered the parts and they came on a Friday, so he came Saturday and installed them as well as gave us a tutorial as we lit the first fire. He left us with very detailed instructions and a very, very high quality masonry heater. Looking at it now, I can imagine the house crumbling around it before it stops working.

Our experience with Mastercraft Masonry was good. We are looking to hire them for a large project.
