This company ripped us off out of the promised contractors discount, I think they do it to all the contractors, they promise a discount so they can get the job then when it's done they send the invoice for full price and swear there was never a discount, I've attached the invoices showing no discounts were applied. Fraud!!! Do not use this company unless you want to be burnt and told lies!

The cabinets are beautiful... it has now been 5 years since they were installed and they have held up beautifully and look as good as they day they were installed. We absolutely love our kitchen and the work that David and the crew at Hayes did....gold stars from us!

The experience was AWESOME!!! Between Katherine and Damon, there attention to detail made the cabinet part of the project seamless. It was the most expensive part of the kitchen remodel, but well worth it. I would recommend Hayes Cabinets to anyone, in fact it would be a mistake to not use them.

It started out with us looking for ideas at open houses, home shows, and cabinet shops in the area. We had a really good idea of what we wanted in appearance, construction, and color. The variables were types of finish, special features, and storage layout for maximum efficiency in use of space. Those variables were addressed and put into the works from the efforts of our sales consultant, Andy Morr at Hayes Cabinets. Andy understood what we were trying to do and gave us a complete package to make it all work together. We continued the project by adding a new kitchen island to compliment the first segment and that will be covered in a later review.

Things went well and the cabinets are beautiful. The estimator made an error in the measurements, but the carpenters were able to improvise on site and make adjustments.

Had a rather difficult custom cabinet built with some security features. Not something they do regularly. Initial installation did not go well and after many hours discovered a mistake was made in manufacturing. After a week of debating proper fix, they decided to remake 8 doors to solve the problem. It took a few months, start to finish, but Hayes did the right thing and now I have beautiful cabinets. I'm very happy with the level of professionalism and customer service.

We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Communication is very important when executing a kitchen remodel and Hayes Cabinets (and Katherine Garrett in particular) was extremely responsive in answering all questions about cabinet features and options, the schedule for delivery and installation and any follow-up issues. All items were delivered and installed on the promised dates and the final product met all of our expectations. Hayes Cabinets is a professional company that is extremely easy to work with and builds an excellent product. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We love, love, love our cabinets from Hayes Cabinets! They are beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. Our designer was Katherine Garrett at Hayes, and it was a wonderful experience. With Katherine's expertise and design experience (and patience), she helped us create a kitchen tailored just for us! And, we appreciated her and Hayes' efforts to work within our budget to create exactly what we wanted. Katherine was a joy to work with. Our installer was great too. He took his time installing the cabinets and making sure everything fit "just right." I would highly recommend Hayes Cabinets and especially working with Katherine Garrett. The high quality and workmanship of the cabinets is the best.

Our contractor recommended Hayes Cabinets and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our once mediocre kitchen is now a showstopper thanks to their beautiful, high-quality and locally made cabinets. Our design consultant, Catherine, worked with us from start to finish to ensure we got the kitchen of our dreams and that we maximized the space in our small kitchen. We know we will be enjoying these well-built cabinets for many, many, years to come. We will definitely be calling Hayes again when we redo our bathrooms.

Extremely pleased with results. I have a beautiful well laid out kitchen space. The cabinet quality is superb. I had Don design a fan box cabinet for over my island range that exceeded my expectations. He converted a sewing closet into a wall of cabinets that is beautiful and functions as a pantry and china cabinet. The detail work is amazing. My cabinets look like fine furniture. My husband and I would definitely recommend Hayes cabinets. We got 3 bids. Hayes had much better service and quality. And pricing was the most reasonable...We got the highest quality cabinets with the most amazing details for less than what the other 2 places were quoting for mediocre quality and minimal detail. I recommend you go to their show room in Woodland and check them out. It is rare to find a business that you can give a 5 star rating for quality and service.

They offered great design assistance and had a few ideas which really turned the dial for us. Recently we purchased a new dishwasher which needed a panel. They fabricated a matching panel and we were again extremely happy with the quality of workmanship as well as the time frame.

They are terrific. They are very professional and easy to work with. They were very accommodating and met all the schedules that we had for them.

We have used them quite a few times. The work for the most part has always been good. They are responsive and we would use them again. They are the only people we would use.

It turned out well. They did an excellent job. We told them what we wanted and they gave us some really good ideas. They were very good people to work with. I would use them again if needed. He designed a special pull out feature for a mixer that my wife uses and she does not have to move the mixer anymore. They are full of excellent ideas. The service technician brought up different installation questions to us and just went above and beyond to do the work right without taking short cuts.

Hayes Cabinets were extremely professionally. The quality of the materials, workmanship and installation was outstanding. Katherine was a delight to work with. Her knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the remodel and highly recommend Hayes Cabinets.

Great company to deal with. Very professional and helpful - even for small jobs.

I was the designer who conceptualized the plan, did the drawings and wrote the specifications. A general contractor I had worked with recommended Hayes Cabinets (who I had not worked with prior). They were very professional and helpful.

When they began installation we began to experience some minor problems. They decided to change some cabinet sizes without our approval and some of the cabinet uppers and lowers did not line up vertically. When they told us they would be at the house to install they did not always get there on time and they did not give us accurate information about the amount of time needed to install. The installer was very good and did an excellent job. They fixed all the non-fitting areas and in the end we have a very beautiful kitchen. Probably the worst part of dealing with Hayes Cabinets is their lack of communication about changes and not calling back in a timely manner when we called with questions. Overall, I would use them again.

HAYES CABINETS HAD PUT ORIGINAL CABINETS INTO OUR HOME, IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. WE WANTED A BUILT IN DESK AND CABINET ADDED OFF KITCHEN AREA IN NOOK. HAYES MATCHED CABINETS PERFECTLY TO MATCH COLOR AND DESIGN.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HAYES CABINETS WAS OUTSTANDING FROM BEGINNING TO END. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND ANY CHANGES THAT HAD TO BE MADE ALONG THE WAY, WERE DEALT WITH IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. THEY PRODUCE A QUALITY PRODUCT AND STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK 100%.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH HAYES CABINETS HAS BEEN GREAT. THEY HAD PLENTY OF CABINETS TO CHOOSE FROM AND INSTALLED THEM PERFECTLY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER BATHROOM.

THE CABINETS ARE VERY NICE LOOKING. THE SALESPERSON WAS WONDERFUL WHILE WORKING ON A DESIGN FOR THE CABINETS. HE ALSO HELPED WITH THE PICKING OUT OF HANDLES.
