 + -1 moreThe worst builder I've ever seen. All the can lights flicker burning out bulbs repeatedly. Left a hole in the tub That was caused during construction they patched. When contacted to say that they're patch job broke through and the tub leaks again their response was, "I've never had that happen before". But no fix...

Description of Work: Alkor was asked to design and build an outside staircase providing acess to the river on our property. This was a very difficult design and quite a large project that required creative building and design skills.

 + -1 moreWe used a designer for the initial design, but Alkor made suggestions to the initial design in order to safe money on construction costs. They provided a cost estimate that proved to be detailed and exact to the end of the project. They came in at budget, on time, and with outstanding quality. I would recommend them to anyone. A great team and a team you can trust to do a great job with high quality and pride in their work.
Description of Work: Converted the second floor of our detached garage into a small apartment for elderly parents. Built a kitchen, living area, closet, and bathroom. Included electrical, plumbing, flooring, and heating services installed.
