Woodinville Appliance Repair

I don't know where to start. I originally set up an appointment with them for 8 am. They called back the same day to reschedule because the repaireman wanted to run errands and needed to reschedule for 2-4. I rescheduled my time to be home again. At 4:08 the day of the appointment, I started my run around. I called the main 425 number. Dennis said he would call the repairman. I waited 20 minutes and no one called back so I called the 425 number. They said call the customer service line at 877-317-2566. I called that number and no one answered but it went to a voice mail. I called the 425 880 number back again. The guy I spoke to gave me the repairman Randy's direct number. I called Randy to find out where he was. He was very out of it. He said he hurt his arm badly and he told Dave he never accepted the Woodinville job in the first place. I called back to the 425 number. I spoke with another customer service guy who said I needed to call the 877 number. I said I did but no one answered. He said they are on the East coast so they were probably gone for the day. I said why would you guys give me this number to call when you knew they were gone for the day. I said I wanted his manager. He said Holly was at the 877 number and would be back tomorrow. I said that?s great, I would call her tomorrow because I needed to yell at someone. As I was walking out the door, Holly actually called me and said she just got a call from Randy the repairman. She said he was in the hospital getting X-rays. I said I just spoke to Randy and he was at home on the couch sleeping. He went in this morning to get X-rays. I said tell me the real story and don?t give me any BS. She said she was going to call the office and see if they could get someone out on the first appointment on Saturday. I asked for her manager. She said Karla could be reached at the 877 number on Saturday. She said she would call me back and verify my appointment. When she called back she said Randy was the only person who serviced Samsung appliances in this area. I said forget it?I am done. There was more but this is the main crux. It was a horrible experience. Yes, they are cheaper than the rest and they are faster but they obviously don?t have a handle on the subcontractors. They also portray themselves as a local company but they are an outfit run out of the East and very mismanaged with only one contractor in the area. They don?t call you back, they give you misinformation and the run around. I had to give my credit card to hold the appointment so I hope I get my $50 back. Do Not Call For Service!
