Punctual, thorough and timely.

They did a good job. We had a shotgun mold, which we didn’t know we had; they were able to find out. They gave us some information on that. They cleaned up everything. The work turned out to be god. Their price was fair. They came on time. They were very professional. They responded to my husbands email pretty quickly. I would use them in the future.

Everything went well. I was very happy with their service.

Parents visiting from England first time in almost ten years this Spring. The deck and stone tiles were not there when they were here last time. Being avid gardeners and house proud, my parents would be expecting no less than at least a house with curb appeal and a decent "garden" to look at during breakfast and afternoon tea! I had not thought of hiring anyone to do the work until I received email from Angie's List with a special Window Cleaning & More LLC offer for $295 for pressure washing the house exterior. I signed up right away without any hesitation. However, when I called Dave, the owner of Window Cleaning & More LLC , he pointed out to me that the offer was for siding only and not stucco stated in the small print in the email. Huge disappointment came across in my voice right away, but Dave quickly offer to come out to take a look at the house and give me a new quote. He also offered to take the $295 that I had already paid through Angie's List as part of the payment to save me time getting a refund if I decided to hire his company. The original quote was for all sides of the two storey house (front: Stucco, sides and back: Hardi-Plank siding), 12'x50'cedar deck and the 40 2'x2' stone tiles. But is was above my budget. Then, Dave suggested to reduce the job by not cleaning the sides and the back of the house which were in decent shape. We had a deal! The crew arrived right on time, they were courteous, they did a great job bringing the deck and the stone tiles back to life! More importantly, my parents had no complaints when looked out to the backyard. Phew! I will never battle with the deck and the tiles on my own again. It was money well spent, giving myself back days of time and saving my back from aching for weeks!

Misread an Angie's List coupon for a house pressure washing and discovered that it applied only to vinyl siding. Dave was in contact with me quickly and explained the error and said that he could do the wood siding on the house for only $100 more. He also indicated that he did windows, and after looking at the house, said he could do the exteriors for three dollars each as long as he was out. He did a very wonderful job. The house now looks as if it has just been painted, and the windows, some of which were very difficult for me to reach, look very good. I was very impressed and the price was right.

Dave highly impressed me with his professionalism in getting out to do the estimate the same week I called, and then his excellent follow-up. When I was finally able to book the appointment he fit me in the next day amazingly. The quality of his work as well the overall customer service was truly exemplary. Not only did I end up with sparkling windows and more light inside, but I was so pleased I asked to be contacted each year to get my windows cleaned. I will also get my roof and gutters cleaned in the fall. What a pleasure it is to find such a conscientious, pleasant and polite professional who does A++++ work.

Called. Dave came out within a day or two and estimated. Called to let me know (I wasn't home when he came) and left a written estimate. Told me he could clean the windows within a week or 10 days. We picked a day. He called to confirm several days in advance. Called on the day to confirm. Did the job with his crew. Job was excellent. No evidence that he was there from a clean up perspective. Kids that were at home liked him and the crew. Left me a bill that was exactly what we had agreed to. Overall, great job...,prompt, courteous, professional.

Dave the owner was very cordial on the phone and assured me that his techs would do a good job. The price was much higher than I've ever paid before but I was willing to try Window Cleaning and More because they had such good reviews. We were worried that one of our shingles had fallen off of the roof and needed to be put back. Even though the company doesn't usually repair roofs they were willing to see if they could find where the shingle came from and reattach it. My husband was worried that water might leak in if we didn't have it repaired. Marcus came only a few minutes late and said the other workman that was going to help him called in sick. Marcus was friendly, polite, spoke English and appeared trustworthy. He also had great confidence on the roof and ladder and was able to replace the shingle easily as well as carefully clean all of our gutters by hand. I have never had a window washer take so much care in how well he did the job. My window tracks were extremely dirty because they had never had a proper cleaning. It was amazing to see how clean he got the tracks and screens! It was an extra charge on the bill but well worth it. What really impressed me was that he wore shoe covers and put down a cloth to protect the carpet while he was working. He had to take extra time since he was working alone so the job took longer than expected. I never felt that he was rushing through the job to get to another appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to use Window Cleaning and More for a yearly full service cleaning.

They were very prompt and did the job well. The price was right, and there were no surprises on the job.

The Window Cleaning & More guys were great.. they arrived on time and there were at least 3 or 4 of them. We have a large house with a very high second story. They brought large ladders and got right to work all around the house and were done in about 2 hours. The quality was fabulous, I even had some dirt and leaves pile up in one of the window tracks. One of the guys came into the house, took out that window and cleaned the track for me, and very gently put it back and cleaned up after himself. And the windows look great!

We used Dave's services last year and were very pleased with the results. Before Dave did the work he advised us this was an ongoing problem and it would probably require yearly servicing. He was correct and we were just preparing to email Dave to ask him to take care of the algae when we received an email from him asking if the problem had indeed returned and would we like him to take care of it. I immediately returned his email and within 30 minutes Dave responded giving me a choice of 3 or 4 dates, the first being the very next day. We agreed on the date and time and his crew came, did the work and the problem is taken care of - for this year!!! An added bonus to Dave's service is an email sent later in the day detailing the work completed and asking if we were satisfied. How many times does this happen when someone does a service for you? In our experience, not too many. He's proud of his company, his work and his crew and it shows by the attention he gives his clients. We will recommend Dave's company to others and use his services again.

Dave's crew was thorough, professional and extremely friendly, a really hard working bunch of guys. When they were going to be a bit late, Dave called to let us know to make sure it was okay. Our windows are sparkling and there is so much more light in the house now. I plan to use Window Cleaning and More again. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very well. Dave came out as soon as he got my email. There was some delay with the delivery from Angie's list and I had called as well. He came out within a couple of days and gave us a firm price. The outside of the windows was $125.00 and skylites $25.00. We had not really cleaned the roof for a couple of years and it looks beautiful. They cleaned up the deck from all the debris and the windows look perfect. They were very nice and professional. They also removed a zinc strip from our roof for no charge.

Dave did the window cleaning work himself. He came precisely when he was supposed to, billed me exactly what we agreed on based on the bid, and completed the work in exactly the time frame he projected. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will call him again next year.

Dave came on time, and finished quickly. There was a skylight with a crack on it and he let us know about it and didn't clean/charge for cleaning the broken skylight that we were going to replace anyway.

They're very punctual, professional and polite. I think that price wise they are right in the ballpark of other companies. Another thing that I liked about Apex, because I'm very particular with my house, they were very conscientious about having clean shoes on and they were very respectful of my property.

They were very professional. They cleaned the windows inside and out. They did a very neat job. They pointed out potential problems with my gutters for me to be aware of. They did not try to sell me anything. They were very honest and friendly.
