The owner and his longtime installer were both in my home. I enjoyed meeting them, was very happy with their work, and would certainly call on them again.

Overall, we are satisfied. They are polite, punctual and will handle multiple small projects in an efficient manner. They are reasonably priced for the Seattle area. The quality of some work was not A+ in a couple of instances (screen replacement and mounting the outside address plaque) but definitely a solid B+ to A overall.

Derek did a fantastic job. He was punctual and worked efficiently removing the existing drain and installing the disposal. He was super efficient when he went to get parts (the disposal placement required some re-working of existing pipes) and left zero mess. I forgot to ask Derek if he could also tighten a loose water faucet handle at the kitchen sink but after he left noticed he had taken care of it without even mentioning it (thank you!). Top notch. Really appreciate the excellent customer service, from the responsiveness at time of scheduling, Dave's assessment of the project(s), as well as the professional execution of the work. We'll keep calling for projects in the future.

Extremely smooth install. Contacted WG and spoke with David who put me, graciously, on a stand by list as they were booked out several weeks. I was thrilled when they called about 2 weeks later to say they would be out to complete the job . I'm horrible with names, but Joel (?) arrived at the time he gave me as his ETA. Extremely polite, efficient and got the job done, looks great! He took the time to explain how the tv mount works as it is a 360? articulating mount. He cleaned the work area and removed all the packing material (bonus!). I have several other projects and will not hesitate to give them a call!

I was very pleased. Tim did a great job and managed to get all my little irritating jobs done well and efficiently and in the allotted time.

Brent was on time. Performed all tasks professionally, efficiently, competently. Good communication skills, pleasant personality. I am currently collecting a new list of chores to have Brent or another handyman from White Glove to return.

Tim did excellent work and will be our regular handyman going forward. He was creatively solving the problems we presented to him in an authentically pleasing way. We will ask for him specifically because I felt comfortable with him in our home, he was friendly, he worked his tail off, and my cat loves him.

Brent did a great job for me. He was professional, very helpful and got the job done in a very timely manor. He was careful and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely have White Glove Home Improvements back to do more home projects. Thank you!

Derek arrived as planned at 8 am, and took out the list I had given to David Salisbury when he came to do an estimate. He had all the equipment and materials he needed. We showed him where the various problems were, and he got to work, not stopping until he had everything beautifully working. There was no mess at all, and he warned us when he was about to make a loud noise. This is the second time we have asked White Glove Home improvement for some help with handyman tasks, and both times we have been delighted with the service. Can I tell you what a pleasure it is to have everything working well in a house, and to have that so easily, speedily and pleasantly accomplished?

Communication excellent right from the start of the bid process. Said what they were going to do, and did what they said, and when they said. The owner (David) was on vacation the week we asked for a bid, but his employee (Derek) never missed a beat in telling us that, and that he would take the ball while the owner was out. Seamless communication no matter which one was getting back to us. Detailed and clear bid given. On the day of the scheduled work, they showed up a few minutes early - which to me showed again how committed they are to customer service. Another employee (Brent) did the work for us that day, and he was pleasant, thorough, kept on the tasks, and was conscience of our neighbors properties and our plants. All the prep work looks great, and we are waiting for drier weather to have them come back and stain the fence.

We've worked with Dave on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. He's excellent -- very courteous, professional, and affordable. He is proficient with plumbing, electric work, and a variety of tasks around the house. Extremely satisfied with his work over all the occasions we've worked with him.

Dave gave us an accurate estimate, and Tim came exactly on time, prepared with a truck full of tools and worked through our list at speed. When he was finished everything he had done looked and worked much better. Tim also gave us some advice on how we could clean up or fix a few problems that he saw developing as he worked. I wish I had known about White Glove years ago. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I highly recommend White Glove. Both Dave and Tim are great to work with. I appreciate that they are fair, trustworthy and quick to respond. Tim who did the work is very efficient, clean, and fast. His work ethics are outstanding. Very pleasant, courteous and reliable. He clearly knows all aspects of home repair, can quickly determine the best solution and gets at it. He even quickly took care of issues with poor and very slow work done by previous handyman. I only wish I had found out about White Glove years ago! Thank you Dave and Tim!

They both did a great job. The work was completed in a thorough and timely manner. They were professional in their approach and did quality work. Excellent job!

Dave did a great job on both projects, including some creative work to mount the microwave in a nonstandard way. He was also very patient with the passel of kids running around the house while he was working!

The handyman was quick and and friendly. The price was more than fair qnd will use them again. In fact making another and quot;punch listand quot; now.

White Glove Home Improvement is wonderful. They did quality work throughout. They are also very thoughtful and have great planning skills which smoothed out many logistic challenges of the work. They are also pleasant and very trustworthy. They are the nicest people you would every want to spend a day with if you have construction work and are in your home all day! They go the extra mile for the customer. The owner, Dave, actually drove out from another, fairly distant, job to come to my rescue when there was a serious hitch with the countertop installation. He worked out all the issues that I did not have the expertise to negotiate with the countertop installers. Dave listens carefully to what the customer wants, and then executes the plan with the highest quality craftsmanship and good advice. My husband and I will have White Glove do more of our home improvement projects. I really cannot say enough great things about these guys. We have had bad experiences in the past with other contractors (McClincy) and when you have a good contractor you can trust, like Dave, Derek and crew at White Glove, it is something that makes you very happy!

I made an appointment for Thursday morning at 10;00 am. No one showed up all day, and no one called me. When I called them, they tried to make the whole thing my fault, saying they had it down as a tentative appointment that had not been confirmed. When I explained that I had no other contractors coming out, and that I don't make tentative appointments, he went on about a series of emails between myself and their company. I then explained that I made the appointment over the phone, and had no emails with them. At this point he aacknowledged that he MAY have dropped the ball, and not once did he apololgize. I refuse to do business with any company that tries to make their lousy attitude, and poor customer service, the customers fault.

We spent about $1800. They're good communicators, they follow up well and they do good work.

Was able to get started earlier than initially anticipated, always left the job area clean at the end of each day, 100% trustworthy in or out of my home. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The rooms look great and the quality of the work is good. My only warning would be that they charge per hour for their time so if everything doesn't go exactly to plan you will end up paying more than originally quoted. This was the case when we have used them on two different occasions. the project went over by around $500 in both instances. The quality of the work is professional and reliable. I would probably use them again although on the latest project I am wondering if we could have a got a better price if we shopped around more.
