Description of Work: Larry and Mike were great. They inspected every inch of the property, crawled down in the crawl space below the house, climbed up on the roof and climbed into the attic crawl space. They were really approachable and encouraged me to ask questions and poke my head into the different areas as they were running through their checklist. At the end, you get a huge binder filled with all of their findings and useful household tidbits. I definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe appraisal that came back didn't catch most of the things that the Inspector Guys did so now I'm very comfortable in knowing what work needs to be done on my new home. My realtor, in fact, liked his work so much she planned to recommend this company in the future as would I.
Description of Work: I am in the process of buying a house and my friend who just bought a house recommended I use the Inspector Guys out of Woodinville as she had such a good experience. At first though I called to schedule with another inspection company that my realtor recommended, and while they were booked up they also were going to cost an additional $50 over the Inspector Guys. I then called and they were able to come out at the time I needed. Mike was extremely thorough and provided me not only with a report right after the inspection but a soft copy with pictures later that day.

+ -1 moreI chose the Inspector Guys because they're highly rated here, they're a local small business, and their Web site provides a lot of information about themselves, their company, and the inspection process. We were not disappointed. They were courteous and professional, and they went through the house efficiently and thoroughly. They set our minds at ease about some things that weren't important (like small cracks in the garage floor) and alerted us to a couple that were important (like the dying hot water heater). We asked a lot of questions and now feel that we're comfortable knowing the condition of our home, whether we move in the near future or stay.
Description of Work: Larry & Mike performed a thorough inspection of our townhouse. At the end of the inspection, Larry walked us through the very thorough and informative report binder that they left with us that day. Later in the day, Larry emailed us his write-up of the issues they'd noticed that required attention.

Description of Work: Performed comprehensive home inspection for home purchase. They inspected the home from top to bottom, and noted every defect so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing.

+ -1 moreOn, time, friendly greeting. Professional in every way. Introduced the process and went right to work. Did perimeter and roof check. Second inspector joined for interior (3 level) inspection and checked everything possible to check. Great work. Left a very detailed binder (100+ pages) for us.
Description of Work: Thorough inspection of town-home we eventually purchased. Both exterior including roof, and interior were checked. Followed detailed check list and two of them spent over 90 minutes checking every electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural component. Checked for moisture intrusion in basement and responded to any inquiry made.
