Arrived on time, was extremely courteous and comfortable to have around. This is a very important detail to me. His pricing is fair and he worked fast and was careful to be sure he was doing things the way I wanted them and to include me in his ideas. I would recommend him and I intend to use him again.

Very responsive, on time, quality work. I used him on a number of projects and he does everything well, laying tiles, encasing a brick fireplace with tile and wallboard, and adding new bathroom tile. He's even good about turning down work he does think he can do well.

My experience with Sir Fix-A-Lot was fabulous. I am very pleased with the work. They really listened to what I wanted. The price was a little pricey but its well worth it.

I just thought that he was very professional. Something that I really liked was that every time he finished a project he had me check it before he completed it. He didn't come in and go, "I'm the electrician and I know what I'm doing." Although, he was the electrician and he did know what he was doing he made sure that I was happy with the job. He came in under his estimate by about $200. So I thought he is an honest guy. I'm going to have him do some more work on my house because I'm remodeling my bath. It cost me $632. I was really impressed with this guy. I really like the fact that when I go to Angie's List I don't have to worry about them being licensed. They're all certified and licensed, so I don't have to worry about that. I get a response from him within 24 hours because we were going back and forth through the whole thing. He was really good about things that I didn't know about which was really nice. Like for instance the lights I chose were not IC compatible which I knew nothing about. But he knew how to fix the things so that that worked. I think he is a one guy business and he is kind of an all round handyman and I had been looking for somebody like that because things that happen in your house. I will say that if you want to use him you better get on because he is usually booked a month out. If you looked at him you'll see that he has a lot of return customers. He cleaned up after himself, he didn't leave a big mess.

It went very good and he provided excellent advice and was on time and helpful. I would definitely call them again if we had any plubing problems.

Very nice, very professional, made good use of time. I had an Angie's list deal, which made it a bit more affordable. I would use them again if I had the Angie's list deal.

Brad was truly a professional. He was responsive, timely, thoughtful, communicative, worked hard and did a beautiful job. We continue to enjoy the results and have received many compliments. We would definitely hire him again.

Before he arrived we had discussed materials he believed he need. I shopped my local Home Depot to pick up the materials. Once he arrived he quickly got to work and had the installation done within 90 minutes (maybe a bit less).

Brad was a pleasure to work with. I especially liked that he was clear on what he wasn't qualified to do (new gas line). We haven't moved forward yet, but I'll definitely use Brad for some projects in the future.

The quality of Brad's work is exceptional, as is his punctuality. We immediately scheduled Brad to come back and remodel another bathroom as well as finish off the trim work in the studio. I would highly recommend Brad to everyone!

Left kitchen sink with leaks that had to be fixed by a plumber. Was inflexible about his time when unable to do a planned job due to product (mine) being wrong size, although he did state before coming that his minimum work time was 4 hours.

Brad is the ultimate handyman - you won't find a better one on Angie's List. We had a huge long list and he tackled it with vigor and determination, helping us to prioritize which repairs should be done first and which could wait. We relied on his experience and knowledge to steer us away from costly and unnecessary repairs. His communication is superb, which is not something you generally expect from handymen. All of the other handymen we contacted were too busy to respond, or made us feel like they were doing US a favor to receive the work. Not Brad... he developed a clear plan of action and made recommendations and suggestions all along the way, following up thoroughly as needed. His motor and work ethic are superb, which shows real respect for the homeowner's time and money. Something that might take all day for another handyman, Brad gets done in a few hours. You will end up saving money that way. For my money, I'll never hire anyone else. Thank you!!

We had a great experience hiring Brad, he was reliable, professional and flexible. When we ran into a plumbing obstacle that prevented us from moving forward with the project as plan, he adjusted to working on other projects needed in our place and he even. We will definitely hire him again in the future, I wish more contractors were like him!

It went beautifully. Brad was thoughtful, puzzled over how to attack each issue. We had provided the list and then he sent us a list of things to buy so he would be ready to go. Not everything we purchased was workable, so he went and got the supplies that would work. He was tidy, a good problem solver, he cleaned up his messes, we had our repairs done well. He is a delightful person and we would have him back....when we could schedule him in.

Brad was incredible from first contact till the minute he finished the job. I left him a voicemail on my initial contact and he called me back later that night around 9 pm. After our phone conversation, I emailed him pictures of my broken window, faucets, etc. and we communicated via email after that, with him asking me for clarification on the various jobs. I appreciated Brad's great attention to detail. Brad was scheduling a month out in advance, but since I was not in a hurry, we agreed on a time and date. Brad arrived right on time the day of our appointment. We walked through all the different jobs, and again, Brad was very conscientious in making sure that we were on the same page on all the different things. He helped me sort through our 20+ cans of different colored paints in the garage, labeling each one to make sure we had the right paint for each painting job. When he started work, Brad was incredibly efficient. His time estimate for each job was right on. The last job of the day - changing out the hinges on our doors was surely the grand finale. (: As soon as he started on changing out the hinges for our patio door, he found that the hinge that was currently on it had been cut to fit the door. In other words, it was custom cut to the door. Being the true professional that he is, it didn't faze him one bit, and Brad went right to work cutting the hinge that we bought at Home Depot to fit it perfectly. We had to leave for a dinner that evening and left Brad working on the rest of the hinges in the house. We came home to find all the door hinges in our home beautifully changed out. My husband had changed out a couple of the hinges on his own and the doors were sagging since they were not put on properly. Brad fixed all the hinges we had changed out ourselves and we are delighted to find that all the doors now swing perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results of all the work Brad did and will surely have him come again to help us with our other home projects.

The work was done well, as is usual for Brad. He's worked for us since March 2012 with excellent results. Problem solutions are well thought out and effective. Brad is the first contractor we call when a need arises as we remodel our home.
