Provider's rate was higher than others we had asked estimates for and he had a 3.5 h minimum. We didn't use his services.

All went extremely. over the years, i have used brad a number of times & he has always done great work.

Did outstanding job, worked through a heavy rainfall.

Brad was extremely communicative during our conversation and was quick to return phone calls and emails. He was very friendly around our two small children (who were extremely interested in the "man in the ceiling"). He brought his own tools and seemed prepared to handle just about any situation. I would highly recommend Brad (Sir Fix-A-Lot) to anybody who needs a handyman and would definitely use his services again if needed. It took me a few months to getting around to writing this review, but I definitely wanted to put a good word out there as I feel Brad does great work and had excellent customer service.

Brad met with me to evaluate my vision of the project. I wanted to have my existing porch and garage light fixtures (4 of them) moved higher and backboards constructed, painted and installed so that I could use larger fixtures on the house without cutting into the siding. He understood exactly what I wanted because he asked questions to make sure we were both on the same page. He had helpful suggestions. He presented me with information and options that I hadn't thought of. This was very important to me. I don't like surprises. He does projects in blocks of time and I had failed to ask him about this when I first contacted him. I would have had a list of additional projects on hand in case he finished earlier than the block of time. But I am so happy with the final project. He did a beautiful job. One of my fixtures had a defect so I had to order another. He showed me exactly how to install it when I received the replacement so I wouldn't have another charge for him to return to do it. I had no problem doing that - he left the easiest connection for me. He was more expensive but it was worth it to me to have someone meticulous to do the job. I am very exacting and go crazy if I see any flaws. Not a problem with his work.

Brad knows his stuff so well I swear he has PhD in construction. Not only can Brad pretty much identify and fix almost anything well, he's also super fast. Brad is down to earth, doesn't try to sell you things you don't need or want, and he's just an overall great handyperson. Brad treats your house as if it were his own. He has great attention to detail and is conscientious about making everything look the way it should. In addition, he identified and fixed some safety issues that wouldn't have occurred to me. Ironically, he also identified issues left over by previous contractors. The other great thing is he is willing to share his knowledge. I'm not very handy but I've done a little bad drywall patching. He encouraged me to keep working at it. Very cool guy.

The whole process went very well from start to finish. I communicated with Brad almost exclusively through the AngiesList message board. This worked very well for us. I explained to him what I needed done, he asked several questions, and then gave me a detailed breakdown of the costs. Scheduling was easy. On the day the work was to be performed he was prompt. As the work went on he kept me apprised of his progress and notified me of complications as they arose. He finished in about the amount of time he had estimated. All the work was of high quality and he cleaned up after himself. In this particular case, the work was plumbing-related, and his rates, although not cheap, are well below what I would have paid a plumber. Overall I'm very happy with Brad and would certainly retain him again.

Brad showed up on time and walked through the work we had previously discussed. He then set about getting the work done and all through the process, asked questions of clarification and suggested better ways of completing the jobs. He was very meticulous and did a wonderful job for us. I will hire him again and highly recommend him for anyone needing his services.

All I can say is WOW! Brad was awesome. He arrived exactly on time, and the job was completed on schedule. His work is top-notch. He is very courteous, and professional. I am definitely going to use his services again for many more projects in my home. This is one very happy customer.

Brad did so many things I can remember them all. He comes with a lot of tools and so forth and can do almost anything. He will tell you in advance what he does not do. He is a good communicator, is punctual and so forth.

He showed up on time and asked where the outlet would be. After I showed hime he proceeded to put the outlet in. He has some problems getting the wires throughout the new holes, but was very professional and eventually got the wire through. Overall he was fast, courteous and clean.

Contacted provided in connection with repairing a failing Bay window. Contractor called and emailed me and after discussion admitted he didn't have much experience with such a project and respectfully declined to take on the work. Good honest discussion. Would seriously consider for other projects.

Brad is great to work with - easy, fast, efficient, he gets what the customer is asking for and thinks about creative ways to get the work done while being high quality. He's a really great guy on top of that who is easy to communicate and work with. We will definitely come back to him again for future work.

He was punctual, professional, a great problem solver and a delight for he cleaned up beautifully and actually did more than asked.

The gentleman was Brad Ryno and he was excellent. He explained everything and did quality work. He took his time and he was very astute with the detailing. It was absolutely beautiful and we've had no problems. We were very, very pleased with his work. He had been rated highly on Angie's List that was why I contacted him.

Brad does excellent work. His communication is fantastic and he doesn't leave anything to chance. He really went above and beyond for me when rot was discovered in the sub floor and another contractor was due to work on refinishing hardwood floors. In fact, he's coming back soon for additional projects.

We contacted him about masking a return air duct by erecting a sheetrock wall around it. Brad explained the impact of installing a wall in a closet that was already too small. He suggested instead that we paint the air duct and in this way wouldn't lose any additional space. We were very impressed with his solution to the problem and felt that he was very honest with us. He chose to solve the problem rather than make an unnecessary project.

The quality and thoroughness of Brad's work was impressive. He ensured that everything was done properly and also looked great. He even identified and fixed some issued we had never noticed!

He is excellent, very professional, and listens to what I needed to get done. His price was reasonable and on time.

Brad is the best handyman we've ever used, He did everything from plumbing to dry wall to installing complicated hinges, etc. He works quickly. He asks questions when appropriate and necessary. He cleans up after himself. He is very professional and just great to have around. We will absolutely use him again. He is busy so be sure and schedule ahead. He works on his own and takes great pride in his work.

Brad is one of the best service people I have ever used! I have 2 rental properties in the Green Lake area. I have had Brad fix multiple items at the houses. For example, repaired water logged exterior shower walls, installed tub "wings" to prevent water from escaping from tub shower, repaired window screen, electrical work, plumbing work on dishwasher, repairing some tile, refrigerator shelf (his solution was so creative that I was able to postpone new purchased 3 years), locks, gutters? I could go on! I have settled into the habit of calling Brad when I first find out tenants will be moving out to schedule a few hours before new tenants move in. I send him photos of what needs to be fixed and he comes prepared. He is always on time, goes out of his way to let me assist (I like to learn what is wrong in order to prevent it in future), is ready to do whatever is needed. I truly couldn't survive without Brad!

The entire evolution went smoothly. I was very impressed with Brad on his overall customer service. He was very responsive via e-mail on defining the scope of work, time required, scheduling, and materials he would need. Punctual and professional.
