Brad arrived on time and worked smoothly and quickly throughout our appointment. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The main reason I hired him was to repair the floor joist, and that went great. I had time left over, and part of that was filled with repairs that Brad suggested on the fly, taking care of little things that had been bothering me but that I probably would not have addressed if he hadn't volunteered a solution. I expect to contact him again the next time I need a handyman.

He's amazing, truly amazing. I use him on a somewhat regular basis and refer him to lots of people. He always efficiently does all I ask and then for no extra charge keeps an eye out and fixes extra stuff like doors that don't shut properly.

Brad was very prompt with communication, arrived on time, explained what he'd be doing, was extremely knowledgeable and gave a price for the total, and if there was an overage, he'd let me know before proceeding.

Brad was excellent. I will use his services in the future and would recommend him to a friend.

Brad arrived on time in day 1 and started work immediately of sanding down previously applied mud, fixing flaws and other problem areas, installing some new sheetrock on the ceiling, and then applied primer and more mud and work to prepare for a couple of days break to dry. Dry time with help of fan was interrupted by a major power outage due to wind storm but by Thursday of the week, Brad's day 2, the work was sufficiently dry for all the finish work. In parallel with this project, Brad patched a crack in the sheetrock in an upstairs room but he cautioned me about the difficulty of getting the wall texture to match. Well, the matching is excellent and better than what I expected.

Our bathroom is tiny and there were a few issues that required ingenuity. Brad came through for us by figuring out solutions and implementing them beautifully. He was quick, professional, and thorough.

Brad is an excellent handyman. His work on replacing a bathroom fan was impeccable and efficient. I had replaced one on my own and it took the better part of a day. Brad did the other one in 90 minutes. I originally planned to use him for another project too, but we decided that I was a bit too ambitious, so we decided to install garage shelving on-the-fly. I made a quick trip to Home Depot and two hours later, I had a wall full of wonderful shelving. He was thoughtful in recommendations on what style/quality of hardware, and where to acquire it, for the various projects. Brad is thorough and detail oriented. He does quality work, he's quick and efficient and doesn't cut corners unless all parties agree it's the only/best option. One could argue that his rates are a bit high, but his quality work and efficiency creates a lot of value that often doesn't exist with other service companies. I'm very much looking forward to using him for future house projects.

I had been making a ton of handyman calls all morning but they either didn't return my calls or were booked a week or so out. Brad, not only returned my call fairly quickly, but he also had availability for same day work. We had a pipe that was leaking (not major, but still needed it repaired sooner rather than later). I provided all information he asked for (to make sure it was something he could do for us) and was then able to come out about an hour and a half later. Brad was very personable over the phone, as well as in person. Work was completed to our satisfaction. We are very happy to have found a great handyman and will certainly call him in the future for any additional needs that may arise. Thank you, thank you!!

Knowledgeable; prompt; excellent customer service; thorough explanation of options and work performed; a perfectionist. Solid work ethic (a rare find these days). He cares about his customer's satisfaction. Cleaned up work areas. I have recommended him to friends and family should they need services he provides. I have a number of other projects to be done, and will hire him again.

Brad was great! Showed up on time and assessed the situation, gave a bid and proceeded with the work. He was extremely professional and competent. This was a job we could never have completed ourselves and we felt that the near $900 charge was well worth the full day it took him to do this repair. We would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again.

I can not say enough about Brad. First, his communication is super prompt and very informative. We were able to schedule his service and have a list of items we needed to purchase in advance through email communication, which is perfect for us. He showed up on time, fixed everything quickly and efficiently and was super friendly. I can't wait to have another list of items that need doing so that I can call him again. It is just so nice to have all those little annoying items fixed. I get a little thrill each time I use one of the things that he fixed because they all were bothering me for so long! Due to his busy schedule, Brad was not able to do a minor sheetrock job for me. However, I contacted him through Angie's List and he and I traded several emails. Even though he and I both knew that he was not going to be able to do the work for me, Brad took the time to send me a couple of emails with some tips and advice on getting the job done myself. Like 3 of the 4 contractors I sent messages to on Angie's List, he didn't have to follow up with me via personal email. Everything was done very professionally and fast.

Brad was very responsive and up front about time he had to schedule out. Made a commitment on date and time and stuck to it. Showed up on time, got to work after reviewing our needs and while friendly and more than willing to answer our questions, he kept working to keep to the estimated time required he'd given us initially -which we really appreciated. I can't say enough about Brad. He knows what he's doing, has no qualms about telling you if a type of work needed isn't something he's comfortable doing (he doesn't do chimney work...) which we also appreciated. He really is a Sir Fix A Lot!! I'd trust Brad to handle anything he says he can handle. If we have handyman needs in the future, we'll go to Brad first!

They are good so far. They have been great with communication and responsiveness. He replies even on weekends and off hours. We discussed $350 as the cost.
