He checked the rotted areas very carefully before starting work. He determined that he wouldn't need to remove my sun window as I had expected and this saved me a lot of money. He did meticulous work and stayed late to ensure the job got done on time.

Work took 6 working days. Was very happy with Brian's work and he even did extras around the house, like fixing a sticky front door, and hauling out extra trash when he went to the dump.

Sir Fix-A-Lot does very satisfactory work. The experience has went very well. He is very enthusiastic. He caters to your needs. He does what you want him to do. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed things to be done in the future.

Brad was very professional and did excellent and efficient work on our deck. He arrived timely each day, completed the job on budget and in the time frame quoted. We highly recommend him and hope to use him again for future projects around the house.

Brad came on time and put in a good full day. Quality of work was very good. The tile to be laid was small river stones bonded to mesh sheets, somewhat difficult to position next to a wall. Brad did a great job. Sheet rock work was also difficult due to poor wall conditions, he got it looking good. Both my wife and I felt like we had found a valuable resource and a new friend. We will be using him more in the future.

Originally contracted the company to replace 2, circa 1975, bathroom fans that we found were never connected to outside vents. We scheduled another company to come in and put appropriate venting through the roof once Sir Fix-A-Lot installed the fans. After going into the attic, the professional from Sir Fix-A-Lot found that one external vent did exist and he was able to connect both fans, saving us from having to pay for installation of a vent (and put another hole in the roof). He was thorough, measured and checked everything carefully. When a part was missing from the fan I'd purchased from a hardware store, he went back there to return it and get a replacement. The reason the final cost was higher than the original estimate was because I gave approval for the extra time to connect up the venting.

Brad did excellent work. He showed up exactly on time, completed the drywall work that day even though he extended his work day until about 7 pm. He also did other smaller needed repairs and charged way less than a competitive bid. He walked through the door and asked if I wanted him to fix it so it would open and close without sticking. Absolutely. He also installed a closet door and an entry door sill. Brad charges a very reasonable amount for his work, his estimate to do the drywall for a 10' bedroom ceiling was $800 under another bid I received AND he textured all the walls in the bedroom, too. He was careful about tracking dirt, etc. and cleaned up. I have already called him to do an electrical repair and do the finish carpentry for window and door trim.

Brad had small opening just a day or two after I called, and so he was willing to take on a smaller amount of work than he usually does. He arrived on time and ordered the work so he could accomplish as much as possible in the one morning. He finished everything.

As advertised, Sir Fix A lot is a totally professional and clear headed handyman. No drama. He was nice and proactive and a good communicator.

He's a superb workman. He took time to propose alternatives to the project I was suggesting, even though it would have reduced his work. He was thorough in what he did, he was professional and I recommend him.

His phone estimate was about 30% the cost of all the other estimates I got. At first, the price sounded really good, then after speaking with several other contractors, it became clear that the estimate was too good to be true. I am sure that he does really good work, but for this job it seemed as though he did not know the real cost of doing the work.

Great. He came within 2 weeks of my calling him. He was here for 2 days, and even did a few extra things that I hadn't thought about, like fixing my fence gate & getting my front door to open without yanking on it.

The situation was time sensitive, so my paramount concern was just getting it done. He agreed to start in the evening of the day I called, after his other job. I was very happy with the responsiveness. He showed up a little late, but called to let me know. The work was exactly what I wanted, and it only took a couple of hours. Overall I was very pleased.

Brad is an excellent handyman. He has that enviable quality of being able to size up a problem, see the needed outcome and know exactly how to accomplish it. Brad is very friendly, efficient and willing to answer questions beyond the immediate job, so that my wife and I could make the best decision on a number of other areas. We very much appreciated his recommendations on another window, which would have been an expensive one to replace. He explained what we should do regarding stripping the paint, caulking, etc., to save the window.

We had a great experience. I called him on August 4 and set up an appointment for August 15. On the phone, I talked about the tasks we wanted him to do and we agreed on what he would provide and what we would purchase at the hardware store. He arrived when he said he would and spent the day at our house working on the variety of task we had sent him in e-mail. His work was excellent, and he's very personable. We were comfortable having him in the house with us all day.

It was an overall good experience. He came out and was prompt and efficient. The work looks great. The prices, I believe, were fair and competitive for the work I had done.

He's timely, neat and can do anything. He is an expert plasterer. He's very reliable. He's very neat and he is the best handyman I ever had.

Brad returned my initial inquiry phone call within 10 minutes and was equally responsive with other calls. He worked hard to fit me in to his schedule and in fact ended up coming the morning of July 4. He was careful, neat, pleasant, and clearly knew what he was doing. I can't imagine someone doing a better job.

It went excellent. He arrived on time, completed each task before moving on to the next and everything was clean when he left. Quality of work was great.
