He was very nice, but he wasn?t experienced in some of the stuff I wanted. He was on time for his bid and he called me the night that I had done the contact on him. He wasn?t comfortable with plumbing or the specialty painting that we wanted.

Brad was very responsive from the first phone call. He provided us with a quick appointment and a list of supplies to purchase prior to our appointment to make things go as smoothly as possible. He was not super fast but was very thorough and thoughtful in what he was doing. We were very satisfied with our experience and plan on hiring him again after we move in.

I really liked him. He came when he said he would and he did several things for me. He is really busy so sometimes its' hard to get an appointment but the work is quality.

He arrived on time, took time to answer my questions, did charge a $50 fee for coming to do the estimate, which he would have applied toward the cost of the job if we had hired him. He gave the lowest estimate of the 3 different contractors we had come out to the house. We didn't end up hiring him because we decided not to buy the house for a variety of reasons, but I definitely would have considered him for the actual work if we had bought the house.

We haven't used him in a while but we have used him a couple of times. It went wonderful and he was absolutely great. My father-in-law came and helped him because he couldn't do those things on his own which we knew ahead of time and he was just awesome. He cleaned up everything perfectly. It was left just how it was when he came in.

Brad was prompt in responding, arrived on time, worked efficiently and I was most pleased with the results! He's talented, versatile, professional and easy to work with. I've used him three times and will continue to call on him whenever I have projects to do!

He is excellent. He is incredibly detail oriented. He is specatularly competent, he cleans up after himself and he shows up on time. There doesn't seem to be any job he isn't willing to try. He's a great guy and I would highly recommend him.

He communicated well through email, bid was more than fair. His service was efficient and well performed. We are definitely going to use his service in the future.

He was pretty good and it was a good experience. He is a problem solver, very creative and will tell if he does not specialize in something and will tell you to call someone else. He charges $200 as a minimum charge.

We have used Brad Ryno (Sir Fix-A-Lot) for a very large and varied list of jobs at both our old house and our new house. He's caulked gaps in stairways, removed carpet, added electrical outets, installed dispose-alls, replaced rotting wood on the supports for the arch over our front porch, changed lighting and plumbing fixtures, built screen doors to secure our crawl space from rodent invasion, fixed the flashing under the eaves, cleaned moss off our roof - dozens of diverse tasks that we needed to ahve done but did not have the means or knowledge to do ourselves. Brad is skilled, resourceful and thoughtful. He frequently suggests different ways to solve a problem and lets us choose among them. He explains what he is doing and why, and often how we can do similar work ourselves if we wish. He is an excellent contractor and a very nice guy. His rates are extremely reasonable given the level of skill he has.

Overall things went great. Brad arrived a little early and we talked about the various tasks, I had purchased most if the items before he arrived. He then took measurements and we talked about the design for the wooden gate for the deck stairs. He recommended that I purchase the lumber as it would save time and money. Brad was very friendly, flexible and fast, he fixed quite a number of things at the house. If I ever needed more handyman help, I'd certainly call Brad.

He was very professional. He did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced too. I have referred him to many other people.

Brad is excellent! He approaches his work in a thoughtful and intelligent manner. He did all the jobs thoroughly and conscientiously. He will tell you what needs to be done and, just as importantly, what does not need to be done. He organized his work well and is extremely efficient. His prices are fair and he is meticulously honest. And, as a bonus, he has a very nice personality and is a pleasure to be around.

He was very prompt in e-mailing me back within the day. He told me he did not do that type of job.

Brad was prompt and worked quickly to complete all tasks within 4 hours. He repaired shower door (which I thought was beyond fixing) and same with the window frame....neither of which was on my original list. He is very personable and honest, and I plan to use his services in the future.

Recently moved into a new house and needed it to make it more pet friendly, but did not trust myself to do the job without lopping some important part of my body off. Brad showed up right on time, and did an excellent job installing a dog door through my house wall (HardiPlank siding). He had to make an approximately 6"x6" test hole in the drywall when we were trying to find the best location for the door, and when that spot didn't work, he repaired the hole, repainted it, and vacuumed up all of the sawdust and debris. The wall looked as good as new, and the dog door came out perfectly. Brad even had the great idea of adding caulking around the edges, even though the instructions didn't say to, and I wouldn't have thought of it until it was too late. While he was here, I also had him install two "Pet Peek" dog windows through our privacy fence, which came out great as well. The last job he did was repair a broken tile in our shower, which was completed nicely. Overall, I was very happy with the work quality and the price. He was also very friendly. We have worked with Brad several times before and this time was no different. He is pleasant, professional, diligent, and very skillful. He encountered several unexpected difficulties with skill and good cheer.

About 10 minutes after he arrived, he had completed the repair and got the light back into position, more secure than before. He is always prompt, courteous, and always does excellent, thorough work. He is our go-to guy for any maintenance or repair work. We highly recommend him!

Brad returned my call of interest the same day. I described the job, he estimated the labor and we set up the labor date. He arrived on time to the minute. His work was methodical and thorough. The job turned out better than I imagined. Brad is a very pleasant person with a great work ethic and high quality standards.

Due to a leak in a wall, we had to rip out some drywall, that angled upwards towards the angled ceiling. Brad did a great job in replacing the drywall, and mudding it so that it looks just as it did before. He is a very friendly guy - very warm and straightforward. We've used him for several jobs, previously. One of which was replacing a wall so a new window in the house could be placed. He replaced studs, paneling on the inside and cedar shakes on the outside. Looks like new. He can be trusted to a) find creative solutions for a lot of jobs b) be honest if it's not his field of expertise.

He was very prompt and very polite. He did very good work and was very conscientious. I would use him again.

Brad responded promptly to initial contact, and then followed up with concise communication establishing steps to take in preparation for the work to be done (to maximize the use of his time on the job). Brad arrived at the time agreed, got right down to work, and did a fine - workman like job. Will definitely consider Brad for future projects around the house.
