I sent a detailed request for a quote to Brad on a Saturday thinking I might get a response on Monday or Tuesday. I received a quote that same Saturday evening and a few dates and times when he was available to do the work. I booked Brad for a Wednesday at 10am and he showed up exactly at 10am. We walked through the house to go over which windows needed blinds installed, then Brad got to work. After he finished he walked me through the operation of each kind, we have three different types. Then, he tidied up. When we get shades/blinds for the rest of the windows I will definitely call Brad to do the installation.

I called Sir-Fix-A-Lot and he came out the same day. He had to crawl around in my attic and then in my crawlspace to locate the right wires. He was very efficient and nice. Given the dirty work involved, I thought the $100 he charged me was reasonable. I would definitely call him again.

Brad came on time (both for bid and to do work) and did an excellent job of lighting installation and solved the problem we have had with our laundry room lights for many years! He is delightful to work with and was very helpful. We plan to have him come back to do some carpentry and handyman work in our bathroom soon.

He's great with the cats. He cleans up and is very good. Is good at follow-up. He does get booked up so you have to schedule him in advance.

He came out and gave us an estimate, but his bid was too high. He was very nice. He was very responsive when getting back to me. We had a hole in our ceiling. The ceiling was popcorn, so we had to have it tested to see if it was or wasn't asbestos. It was not asbestos. There was a problem on the tile floor, because the people that originally installed it didn't do it correctly. He knew it was going to be very hard, and I don't think he wanted to do it. The only reason we didn't choose him was because his estimae was too high. I really liked him. He was very nice and helpful.

Over all it went very well. The next time I need any work done, I will definitely call SIR FIX A LOT again. He is very dependable and does a thorough job.

Brad is meticulous and he knows his stuff. He gives great advice. This is the second time I hired him and I'm equally pleased.

I just moved into a 32 year old home, so I had a long list of things that didn't work---literally everything from the kitchen sink, lights, garage door opener, switches, washer and dryer connections, etc. Brad showed up and went through the list, determining that some things really didn't need to be replaced (garage door opener, for example) and fixed them. He saved me several hundred dollars. But to top it off, this was the day of the monster snow storm, and in spite of it getting cold, icy, dark and treacherous, he chained up his van at the end of the day to make it to a neighborhood hardware store for miscellaneous parts, returned and installing all of them even though it was late. I was astounded at his service (I've renovated 8 homes and no one compares) and have had him back 2 times since. You will be delighted by his practical approach, reasonable pricing, and professionalism.

On time. We'd tried cleaning trap. He showed us where a second trap at other end was but though dirty, didn't fix problem. He took faucet off entirely and volume was normal so suggested we call maker and get a replacement for free. Should be here soon.

He gave an estimate almost to the penny.Looked over what we had, and suggested ideas and came in and finished in 4 days. No delay and very professional, and worked very hard. WE had walls that needed smoothed out and it looks wonderful The paint job on the vanity looks wonderful! Our friends can not believe how great it looks and how little it cost for all of it. We are very happy

He is very good at what he does. He is very pleasant to have around and he is a hard worker. He has been out several times to do work for me.

Everything went well and I would use this person again for odd jobs around the house. He was a former high school math teacher and he was professional and courteous and knowledgable with his work.

Brad is extremely professional, driven to achieve quality and definitely takes pride in his work. His estimates on work-time (1/2 a day (minimum slot that he's available for)) and material were spot on. He was punctual, got the job done and cleaned up after himself. He's very open about stating what he will and won't do. Obviously since he's good at what he does, he is pretty booked. All in all I will definitely use his services again.

Great, very professional, all work is holding up well and looking great almost 2 years later. Especially happy with the bathroom floor, as it is heavily used. Tidy job site, accommodating of small children, unobstrusive and helpful. Definitely recommend his work to friends.

Service went well, but it was a lot messier than expected. He did clean it up. He did a good job, overall. Hourly rate was expensive for the job he was going to do, but if I hired him for a week, he gave a flat rate and I decided to go with that.

He's very good, talented and he's the best. He's very courteous and upfront in terms of what the job will require. He will work with you on any level, like if you want to buy your own materials he will work with that. He's just a really talented young man, he can do anything. I appreciated finding him on Angie's List. Price wise he's a little upper end compared to other contractor's but you pay for what you get. I use him all the time.

On time and on budget, Brad worked long hours to get the job done as expected.

Bryan is fabulous. Prompt, pleasant, and reasonable. He can do alot of things really well. If there was a "rave review" box, I would check it.

The guy who came out to get the work done was very thorough. My overall experience with them was very good. He showed up on time and was very good as well as organized. The price charged was high. I would use their services in the future too.

He was really good. We spent around $125. He went to down the crawl space and fixed a leak. He had to sit in a very awkward position. He did the work and it didn?t leak anymore. He was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. He had reasonable and fair price. We will definitely use him again.
