Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. Installed new shower fixtures, new toilet shut-off valve and toilet, new hot/cold shut off valve. Installed new faucets, wall mounted vanity. Moved light switch. Installed subfloor, tiled floor and bathtub surround. Built custom niche in bathtub. Installed towel bars, found leak in another bathroom we weren't aware of and suggested a simple solution. He saved us time by giving an accurate estimate from our pictures and measurements via email. Arrived on time, was tidy, finished the project on schedule, polite and respectful.

Description of Work: Small odd jobs. He was great.

Description of Work: Adjust outside lights that were too high for me to reach, so they would turn on/off. Install sink and shower fixtures for renters. A few other repair things I can't remember. You have to wait months to have him over and you have to put up $500 for him to come. He is a hard worker and skilled at many things.

Description of Work: So many things...fixed our bathroom heated floors, hung up fixtures/mirror, replaced lock and some other little items that were on our list. He was professional and worked quickly. He also had an eye for detail about doing the job right. Great experience at a great price. Definitely going to keep him in mind for our next batch of fixes. Description of Work: Installed garbage disposal in island, installed junction box in island, hung shelf, sanded and primed mud room wall, installed 3 pendant light junction boxes, installed 2 can lights, finished some garage wiring, and replaced front walkway post light. | |Brad is very responsive and professional. Description of Work: called to request a quote, I described the scope/scale of my project (residing one whole face of my home plus trims some insect damage reapir etc.) Brad promptly called me back to tell me the project was beyond his scope (primarily a function of the insurance liability).this impresseed me, he took the 60sec. to return my call to say thanks but no can do.A simple courtesy that goes a long way in my book thanks Brad, I'm sure I'll need you for something in the future! ...alas;)

Description of Work: Brad installed a new thermostat. He knew what he was doing and did the work carefully and efficiently.He was friendly, reliable, prompt, efficient, skilled and professional--and didn't leave a mess! He returns phone calls and even worked me into a time slot 3 weeks ahead of my scheduled appointment. I will certainly call on him again as future needs arise for handyman services. Brad is a really pleasant guy who truly seems to enjoy his work!

Description of Work: Sir Fix-A-Lot did a lot of fixing jobs about two or three years ago.

Description of Work: Washing machine moved and water rerouted from under the house.

Description of Work: While we didn't use Sir Fix A Lot he did return my call withing 24 hrs. We discussed the work I wanted done and he was upfront about not having the equipment needed to do the project we wanted done. He also made several suggestions on what we should expect from whoever does do the work. I would definately call him again to inquire about future projects in our home.

Description of Work: Removed old paneling and made a new wall surface on which I get compliments often. Redid the ceiling in the ground floor and installed lights. Changed fixtures throughout the house. Repaired part of the roof. Put in new flooring in the living room, dining room and halls. Refinished the stairs. Many other things all done well and efficiently. Highly recommended!!!
