This company has integrity, excellent quality assurance procedures, superb customer service, and absolute professionalism with the skill level of their contractors. Every step of the way, we knew we were in good hands and our project would be resolved with excellence. They provided an exceptional deck specialist contractor referral as well. It is wonderful to work with a company who has integrity, explains all your options, is cost conscious for the homeowner, and professional. Especially Calvin Osborn, our estimator, who guided us through this process; he is such a man of integrity and a kind gentleman to work with - what a company representative! Calvin explained all our options and thoroughly discussed the decisions - an excellent communicator and very honest! You can't go wrong with this Side-Pro company. We will refer them to everyone in need with siding, moisture, deck issues.

The original experience with Side Pro was positive. Calvin came to our house and gave us a bid and then over e-mail we made changes and he gave us new bids until we signed the contract. From then on, we never saw another Side Pro employee. Only sub contractors came to our house and the only way to contact Side Pro was through e-mail. Miguel and his crew sided the house and rebuilt the columns. Miguel did a great job building the columns. Someone else painted. The full dumpster and porta-potty sat in our driveway for a week after they were done. We had to ask Side Pro when they'd pick it up. We had to also send multiple e-mails to get the extra pile of wood removed from our driveway. The final results were sloppy: paint on windows, cigarette butts in our yard, garbage, tape and plastic caps all over the garden. The workers took down our light fixtures and lost two of the specialized screws for the lights. They didn't tell us the screws were missing, but instead reinstalled the lights with only one screw each leaving the light fixtures loose and crooked. Our downspouts were dented in the process and the rubber connectors weren't replaced (looks very homemade now). We asked to see the painter before they started painting to get suggestions about paint colors and how to trim, but everyone was too busy. Calvin quoted 10 days to 2 weeks for this project. It actually took over 5 weeks. Then we spent the next two weekends cleaning up the spilled paint, fixing the light fixtures, touching up paint, scrubbing the windows, and cleaning the yard. The siding looks good, but the details were poor. We expected someone from Side Pro would come by and we could at least walk around and talk about the less than perfect results, but all we got was an e-mail that they'd be sending a bill for the remainder due. I would not recommend Side Pro for a siding project.

They took more then a week to get back to us, and let us know that they did not do the kind of work we were looking for. We contacted them via the e-mail link on their website, so you may get better results with a phone call.

I was very unhappy with the level a debris cleanup that they did, my siding had lead paint and I am still finding large paint chips, this aspect of they level of detail was very poor, they also failed to fill the nail holes and did not install the foundation flashing as I requested. they came back to install it later but ended up only doing it one side.communication once the job was sold was a little problematic as a function of a language barrier.the work did look good once complete, caulk joints looked excellent.to their credit they come back to take care of those issue I did bring up, they are the professionals, why did I have to bring anything up? extremely poor paint chip cleanup failed to install metal flashing failed to fill nail holes installed siding backward . . but I ended up liking the rough side out better in the end so . . brought the wrong type of corners out they didn't do a terrible job, I just wished it would have been a smoother process

In process of having house repainted discovered chimney was covered with LP siding, not cement board as rest of house. Chimneysiding was rotting and needed to be replaced ASAP so house painting could be completed. They were prompt and professional in responding and providing bid. Bid was almost identical to another contractor. However, other company was closer to where we live and was able to begin residing sooner and not delay completion of house painting. When told Side Pro why I was going with other company, estimator said he used to work for that company and they were good guys and would do a good job.

I chose them because of the good ratings. They were very enthusiastic and they showed up on time. The place looks great. It was all positive. They also cleaned up their stuff.

I was originally contacted by a Home Depot Home Improvement salesperson as I was shopping, and was asked if I wanted a free estimate for siding. What the heck, o.k. They sent two guys over and gave us an estimate (verbally). They said they couldn't give us the paper estimate since it their only copy. When my wife said we had a copier, you should have seen the estimator's stunned face. That made me a little suspicious, and we said we would talk about it. I didn't know who would be a reputable contractor for siding to get another bid, since we've been stung in the past big time. I remembered a TV advertisement for Angies List, and it's the best $35 investment I've ever did. I looked up siding contractors and Side Pro came up with many recommendations. I contacted them and Calvin Osborn came out and took measurements. He did not pressure us in any way to do a deal right then and there like the Home Depot guys tried. He sent us a very detailed bid with many options, detailed work descriptions and photos of our house explaining what they will do. His bid was $13,000 below Home Depot, and that was even including replacing a broken window in the garage. Side Pro came one day earlier than scheduled and finished it in four days, completely stripping the 35 year-old warped, cracked, discolored cedar siding. They then wrapped the house with Hardie Wrap, trimmed in Hardie Trim and installed Hardie Planks. A supervisor came out and did a final inspection and the dumpster, porta-potty, and extra materials were immediately cleared out. It took a while for the rain to stop for the final paint job. It says in the Bible that it rained for forty days and forty nights and it was called a flood. In Seattle, it's called a summer.C&C Painting finished the painting on July 10th and it was done Everybody was courteous, professional, and immediately cleaned up. Rhonda in the Side Pro office was very helpful in coordinating the project with us.

Calvin did the estimate. Ronda at Sidepro handled all the details. Duane came out to inspect. All were pleasant and professional from start to finish. We are very pleased with the job ad would refer to anyone. Ronda deserves a medal, she is wonderful to deal with, very competent, smart, knows what she's doing. Exceptional service!!

They are wonderful. They did extra things that were not included in the original quote. All of the workers were very respectful of our home. I would recommend them to anyone.

They replaced some old cracked cedar siding with some HardiePlank.

Overall The company presented themselves very professional. The bid and the pictures with the description of work to be done was very well prepared. I don't think there would be any hidden suprises. I have decided to repair and paint versus residing with Hardie. I did request a bid for just doing one side of the house, and did not get that answer. However, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company, if what I wanted was to use Hardie.

The estimate meant to say numerous phone calls have found a much better company.

They did a really good job, prompt, had good cleanup, the supervisor was here checking on things, followed up with us and I have absolutely no complaints.

overall, we would highly recommend this company and will be calling them back for more windows and deck work. Our house looks fabulous and it was so nice working with a company that you could get in touch with at any time (they actually provide you with a list of emergency cell phone numbers) and that honestly wants the customer to be happy.

Side-Pro was the first company I had out to bid on my siding project, and they made all the other companies afterward look pretty bad. Their estimator (Kirk) was on time and polite...he spend a lot of time discussing options and details with me. He promptly sent me a very detailed quote for the work, and then spent a lot of time emailing back and forth with me to get the project set up just how I wanted it. Their bid was the most detailed, and also the lowest. When the siding crew finally came out they were also very polite and got right to work. It took a 3 man crew 5 days to finish putting up the siding. I took the week off work to periodically watch them, and they were very detailed and comprehensive in their work. They even let me make a few small changes to the scope without nit-picking me on costs. The final product looks great. I would highly recommend their siding services.

Side-Pro was a great choice in managing our multi-layered project. We established a detailed plan with Side-Pro and we watched it unfold as designed. We had three separate teams as well as a window installer and a gutter specialist. Russell DeArment worked with us on establishing the scope of the project and bid and Duane Tidball supervised and coordinated the work from start to finish. Everyone representing Side-Pro was professional, consciences, thorough and great to work with. The work site was left very clean daily and the schedule was accurate. We had only a couple of minor glitches and those were handled quickly, efficiently and completely to our satisfaction. In particular, we were very impressed with the amount of upfront planning work we received from Russell prior to even receiving a bid and his thoughtfulness to help our son feel comfortable with the dramatic work and change that was to occur as soon as we accepted the bid. We had regular contact with Duane and always felt we knew exactly where things were with the project. No questions were unanswered and the flow of the project was fabulous. We felt each team and specialist demonstrated great expertise with the products we selected and with the installation or application of them. We are extremely satisfied with the finished project. Our home is absolutely beautiful and our experience with Side-Pro was excellent.

I liked the workers, they were really good. They did a good job. I disliked the owner at the time because their foreman had a problem with us so the owner took the foreman's side. So the owner took the employees side not our side. We got called by the owner and kind of chewed us out. There was nothing we really did wrong we were just asking them some questions. They finally pulled the foreman out and the workers just worked and did great by themselves.

They were wonderful, ontime and did a great job. They price was less than the bid which was wonderful!

Their price was pretty reasonable. They were great and they did everything right. I had no complaints at all. I had only two of them who gave the quote and they had the better price. There were no defects at all about the quality. They came when they said they would and they were professional at all times.

They were fantastic. I really liked the customer service and the crew that they had working on my house. We had one little hiccup but we discussed it with them and they ended up waving the fee. I liked them from the estimate and all the way through. I was emailing with their office staff to get a copy of the breakdown so I could get tax credit, and she was very responsive and helped me out as well as she could.

They did extremely good work for us. We met with them at the Seattle Home Show. They gave us a good professional quotation. It was nicely typed out with all of the details and they stuck right to it. They did the job and it was great. They even came back and helped realign some of the rain gutters that had been poorly aligned by another company a couple of years ago. We were really pleased with the service.
